You should be upfront and let people know that you can't really tell them how much and that they will have lenders calling them to let them know. You know when you think it's to good to be true there it is it's really to good to be true. If I wanted to talk with lenders I would have contacted them not them calling me.
You seemed to already have a lot of my info. Your questions were precise, and direct. I am interested in what my payyment might be, and possibly remain the same. I am very lucky to have a low payment and Interest rate currently. What bank backs you? I wanted to pay-off a credit card, and fix the transmission in my truck. The agent who found this place was in fact a broker and told me that in 10 years I would begin to regret I had ever even seen it. Well, he was not a doctor and in 10 years I retired at the age of 70 and also was not able to even get out of bed for 7 or 8 months. I have done some renovation and that has brought me up to 15 years being here while the current mortgage servicer and lender have begun their games. You may have noticed my address is in California.
