Well this thing doesn't let you show the amount of your mortgage it just stops you at a certain point this house that I'm trying to borrow against is 100% paid for approximate value of the home is $85,000 would like to borrow $40,000 and my payments will be around $250
Well on that form it doesn't give me a option to tell you the balance of the house or anything this house is paid in full there is no mortgage on it whatsoever free and clear deed
