The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Ok but nothing been solved yet just questions and answers no results. What's in the small print.
I did not like all those questions. Why is it so many questions just to get something in the mail?
An email will be sent and you will soon be in contact with a representative… It would have been nice to know they will send an email and not give you an immediate response.
The ad promised equity out of house with no refi of current mortgage. The first thing I get in my inbox is an invitation to refi my mortgage. What a scam
Understood the speakers.

I just want to see what I could get at the moment. I don't want to get a loan until this time next year, at that time I would be in perfect standing.
Thank you
Fabia McCormack.
I'm encouraged that there may be equity options, though the pandemic ruined my business and the spin-off excess of unexpected bills.
It was easy to fill out the papers. With out any issues.
Great experience with answering these questions, and also a quick response
Haven't really done much just look and fill out forms requesting help. Been hard finding where and who to ask for help getting a grant to buy a home. Have found many homes but no help in getting info on them and purchasing one.

As soon as I looked at anything, my phone blew up with phone calls and texts that I didn't want to answer yet. Too much pressure
Why do u insist on misleading individuals? I don't want a phone call. I want to SEE my offers on the next page.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
