The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Lies like most! I don't want any calls I want to see what was offered on your add! You should be sewed!
Quick responses are a good sign of Honesty so far meaning this could be a possibilty this opportunity is the answer for what I have been asking God The Almighty, The MOST HIGH,for about a year through my Prayers. Now I can retire with some ease.
You are quick to respond I would prefer them contacting me by messaging me instead please.
Immediate phone call as soon as I completed info on line. Need time to consider options.
Not showing the rates as promised but instead routing to partner sites
Sketchy, because I didn't see lender's immediately
I don't own a home but I do need a loan for medical bills
I'm so tired of xstruggling every month and I don't own my home I have nothing but the lord. Thank you
Excellent thanks for letting me know how it goes with you guys
I wanted a quick quote estimate. NOT people calling me to sell me on their lending.
Ridiculous how you bait people in and promise info and hit them with "some one will be calling!" $#*! that. I don't want to speak to some dip$#*! in a call center. Just provide some basic info based on what I provided.
Lendgo doesn't have any experience in Texas Market… just tested for HELOC and it failed…
Worth a try… it will evolve as other service providers eventually. Best of luck.
I'm just curious about this so thank you for your time
Wasn't expecting that this would result in phone calls which is why I asked for the information on the Net. Hearing impaired here. I avoid the phone.
It would be good to get an idea about the terms and rates that could be expected prior to moving forward with contacting the lenders. Just a estimation and not a factual rate/terms.
All I wanted was a text message or email with an approximate amount of money that I could borrow. I am not prepared to answer a bunch of questions right now. I did not realize that you were going to throw me right into this whole process!
Get an online quote is NOT having bunches of people calling. If you advertise online quotes, do that. Provide an online quote.
I wantred information on my home value NOT an instant call and being added to a Vendor's contact list!
Never not alone always take my information always run around somebody like me really need to loan I don't need that
You aint done nothing yet and already want me do survey
You deserve ZERO STARS.
I don't want my privacy infringed upon by having strangers calling me which is why I gave a fake phone number.
I have no mortgage on my home, which your system does not know bc you assume everyone has one. Do not contact me and do not give out my information.
Very stingy on information about the method used to determine if any up front money will be needed to further the process.
I was only looking at/reading what you have to offer. I don't want to be solicited with phone calls as I work midnights and going to bed!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
