The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Quick and easy so most folks can understand what is happening.
Unfortunately I am already getting spam calls which I did not request.
I do not see rates and then I get a call within a second from clicking send. Not serious...
Simple and efficient however, it would be nice if the entire process could be done online without, phone calls during working hours or at least the beginning process.
I notice that I didn't find out what the line of credit interest rate would be. That's critical information. How far will I need to get into this before I can find out?
I should get my info without giving phone number and email.
I feel like I just open myself up to 1000 telemarketing calls
Your questionnaire was simple and easy, your answers came quick, I'm impressed to say the least. Thank you for your help. It will be interesting to find out the amount that I'm able to barrow. To simplify things, to keep things rolling. I feel obligated to inform you and those who are in line to loan me the money that I'm needing. Ok here I go. I am a medically disabled Junior High School Shop Teacher of 14 teaching experience. This is not very helpful. Just a gimmick to get personal information from you
So far so good right now I can appreciate a program like this to help me with my house doing cosmetics I need a new bathroom and some doors fixed in my house and a floor hopefully this program can help me
This service gave me no usable info. All I can expect now is to be inundated with calls from predatory lenders and my personal information sold to multiple spammers and spam bots.
After giving so much information still don't have the slightest clew as to what was promised.
There are no rates shown- you are misleading customers in the user experience
Because it lied about seeing how much you could get right up front. I don't like doing business with people who lie to me up front. Never know what they will try later. Don't worry though, they can't email me because I lied back to them.
I don't want no one to call me. I want to decide if I want to call them
Don't like giving. Phone numbers. I want quotes on Line
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
