The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I don't do phone calls, I learned my lesson two years ago, you people give out my phone number and then I get 100 damn phone calls or more
I was surprised to see that an agent was contacting me right away.
I don't need a bunch of people calling me and inundating me with phone calls.
I rec'd phone call seconds after I added my phone number.
Very easy application. Hopefully it can help me out.
Great app. Easy to use. I really want to consolidate my bills. It would be so nice to have one bill. And all I want is 3,000
You just wanted my phone number. Well, I didn't give it
Just do not like anyone calling would order an email or text so I can research the companies first
You don't have an option for Email ONLY! Do you know how many calls I will get. Their numbers are not in my contacts so the caller is not identified, and I will not answer if they won't identify their self. Additionally, I already answered a lot of the questions they will ask in YOUR QUESTIONARE. Don't they get a copy of YOUR QUESTIONARE?
Only filled out the application. Well see what happens.
Found was a very nice experience and very knowledgeable staff thanks
How can you ask a question like that when I haven't even done nothing
Cannot type in phone number as you do not allow last 4 digits to be the same. My valid phone number has the same 4 digits (ie. 6666)
Menaul Blvd NW STE Jake's the 559-1 are the best and I don't want for the first National Bank 5*(' ')*@>~%~ 8,,,2...
Your initial ad implied that I would see rates. It is just a hook to give my information to other lenders. Please cancel and delete my information.
Numbers preset didn't match my situation. My Home value is 537K. And I owe 330K on my mortgage. I have over 200K of Equity in my House
Easy except no place to put in true balance of mortgage. Example paid off.
Baiting in - fake. Now I would never borrow from anyone listed here because of this.
I dont want to be contacted by phone. You didnt supply any rates. This was useless. Now my phone is going to ring off the hook all day.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
