The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I don't want to get a call, just to be bombarded by a lot of nagging calls. I thought this site would give me the info. Right away and showed nothing.
Need 25,000 to catch up and have all my bills current
I was promised 100 % help and ever time just before closing they found a reason why I would not get the money.
I am so frustrated months went by and I was only fooled. I sent papers and documents just not to hear from them again. They all played with me
So far everything looks great. I've had a terrible hard ship where our daughter had congestive heart failure at 29 years old. Unbelievable isn't it anyways everything sounds terrific. Please give her family a call when you get a chance. We really appreciate your time in service. Sincerely, Richard James.
So far so good like the idea not losing my great rate l have
You need to disclose up front that you gain access to my personal information then pass it on to multiple lenders. This wasn't clear at all until after info is entered. Deceptive practice
I don't want to be contacted by any one. I just wanted the information. I would like to choose who I call. Now I won't talk to anyone calling
Hopefully I get a personal loan and I will be happy again.
I have not received a loan yet so I have no experience.
I was hoping to receive information without talking with a live person.
As discussed qam not sure that I am looking for aà way to get my monthly payments lower. And do some upkeep on the house. And I am not sure what I need to do.
I'm Gregory Mosley I would like trying to see about get a loan from your company I just hope that don't play with people about the loans a person words is all that person has it could be real are not God blessed you.
This would be a great opportunity for me to start over
I did not want to be burdened with an abundance of calls, that's why I'm researching online
My previous call your company connected me to hung up on me because he felt my current mortgage balance if $40,600 was not big enough balance to bother getting cash out of or refinancing to reduce interest rate on current mortgage. My home is valued at $85,000 to $100,000. I was told the mortgage had to be over $100,000 in order to qualify for refinancing and then they hung up on me. I was also told I would have to take out at least $50,000 or above, which I don't need.
This ad seems to be for the rich or those that have financed over $400,000 homes and perfect credit. It doesn't do real service for the middle class that could really use the government's help.
Easy to use app and view lenders. Now, waiting to hear info about refinance options and interest rates.
I don't want to be contacted. You say my info is safe then after I give you the information your going to call and try and sell me some bs. If I want an equity loan I'll go to my credit union. Lose my number
I'm looking to do something yesterday because my credit is going down daily.
Would have liked to know more. I own my mobile home and lot, no mortgage and need money to consolidate debt and update home.
I don't want spam calls and this is what this is looking to be.
Not interested in giving out my real phone number. I get calls for months after, because the number gets sold by an aggregator website. I also never answer a number I don't know.
So far they connected me with lenders very fast response
So far I give lendgo A in how fast they found 2 lenders really fast
So far. So good. Very fast finding a lender with my credit issues
I hate the process when you say "we can give you a great rate--takes 2 minutes -- and then the LAST STEP IS "oh what's your phone number someone will call you..." Then I go through the same questions over and over with these salesmen who might not be COMPETITIVE... I hope you aren't selling my info -- then I could GET tons of calls from hard money lenders with high points (I had one quote me 5 points...)
I don't want phone calls. You said I would get a quote instantly. Then when I filled in phone #, it's a different story. This is NOT what I wanted.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
