The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Everything went smooth I'm filling out the application real simple and quick.
I need ******* to clear some credit cards that has ruined my credit. I have 60 years of credit and counting.
Before I got an online response to review my phone was ringing. I was curious about things but was still wanting to evaluate.
Need a home improvement loan for a double wide mobile home IN a mobile home park. I do not own the land.
You did not provide an online result, you asked for a phone number email instead of providing actual information
Too many calls too fast. Feels very much like a hustle. I'm now very worried that a hard credit pull will result.
Do not like submitting phone number. Would rather be given phone number for me to call lenses at my convenience. Also I was given lender names with rates higher than my current mortgage when only reason I was inquiring was because it stated I hold get same low rate as I currently had.
I'm only filling out an application. I can't rate you yet. You haven't help me yet or not
People are calling me even while the website was still searching. I don't feel like talking on the phone right now. I just wanted to see if I was eligible. The calls are an intrusion on my peaceful morning routine.
I did not ask to be called on the phone. You asked for my information so you could tell me approximately what I qualify for if anything. You did not ask if I wanted to speak on the phone. I'm sick of people calling my phone. All day long people are calling. I can't do anything online without getting phone calls or emails as a result.
Great I'm trying to move through this application as simple as possible
We got cut off for some reason. Can you call me back thank you they choose
Very easy to answer questions and pleasant experience.
I just was curious. Didn't want to get bunches of calls and messages
Easy process. Now let's see what happens with this.
I would like a list so I contact them at my convenience rather than them blowing up my phone
It's been fairly easy I just didn't like giving my phone number because always get to many calls from the same lenders.
I do not want to be contacted. I am not eligible for this service
Not sure what to think about will have to review with my wife about this matter!
Waiting for a reply on amount of loan and what I could get
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
