The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Not sure what this really is! Not clear on what this equity program is.
It's been fairly easy. I am uncomfortable about giving out my name and address.
Want to consolidate high.interest loans and pay off a debt
It is after 10 at night so please don't call this late. How can I rate this so far when I just got started on it. Please do not call this late at night. Thank you.
Ok haven't talked to any one yet but it is easy form
It was easy to answer the questions. However, the only options to choose for the first question were 'Refinance' and 'New Home'. Neither fits my situation because I don't want to refinance my current 2.75% rate. I only want to obtain a HELOC, which was what your email indicated.
It's automated, should check when to call for our convenience
The application was short and received a call soon as I put information in
Good didn't take long interesting to know someone's out here to help
You put all your information in and then it gives you no information I don't wanna take a phone call
Easy internet application but no response at the end as to what the rate would be or if I am qualified.
This part was easy but I don't want to receive fifty calls.
The add said see what you are eligible to borrow, it did not provide me with that, instead it provided me with numbers to call, I could have done that on my own. Disappointed
Just the way I fill at this point I'm not sure of the company thank you
Phone rang. Saw was connected. Said hello. No response. Was Disconnected.

Easy to access and complete. I am out of the Country currently working and this process was smooth.
It doesn't ask bc I have clear title, great location. Gated community. Own land and on lake!
After seeing the ad I wish I would have seen it earlier
Would rather see offers then decide if I want to call or not.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
