The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I prefer not to speak to anyone. Having to not be able to gain a quote on platforms such as this, tends to lead to constant calls yo try and sway you. No thanks.
I've already talk with them agent is slow to get approved
Ok I only owe 15000 and its appraisal is 123 500 and you only allowing me 15000 kinda low
Thought I was going to get a quote on here, and as soon as o punched in my phone.number my phone rang. I was doing this while I am at a doctors appointment. You should try to call someone as soon as they pinch in their phone number. This is very rude, maybe someone was checking this at work, or at an appointment and can't answer right now, then to call back to back to back. Tou keep calling me if not found to change I can not answer immediately. Uou should also put that on your form stating as oon as you put your phone munger in, companies are going to call back to back. IF 8 knew this I would of never filled out the foem. I think is very rude and disrespectful to possible clients

False advertising. My rate is in the 3%range. In addition, I do not want anyone calling me! I mistakenly thought that I would get the information I wanted online or by email. DO NOT CALL ME!

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
