I don't need people calling me early in the morning & then when I express wanting a call back in the afternoon (ie 4-5pm) they just keep talking like I didn't express not being called at 6a. Tell the reps to do better.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
