The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Too fast for me to respond well. Give me at least five minutes to complete form and get off the form, before calling.
1st, do not require all the contact info in the world, I already can not use my phone as it rings off the hook day and night.
2nd do not mis-lead that you are going to figure an estimated range and then just splash with a pile of marketers that will hound me until I change my email, sell my home, change my email. The barage of harassment is insane.
DO Not Call - I am already registered with DoNotCall.gov, remove me from any list.
The minute I put in my phone number, my phone started ringing and hasn't stopped. If I wanted to talk to some one about it, I would call the number provided. I would have preferred information by email.
I haven't had any experience except filling out a form If I get spam called then no stars.
Gave info…now I'm waiting to know if I'm even applicable..
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
