The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

The questions are clear and understandable. I can understand the purpose of each question. I hope the amount I ask and the payments are doable.
Why do you need to call me? Ad states to fill out application to see my offer. It doesn't say I need to be called upon and deal with a hard sell
Tired of being turned down because of my credit issues
This promised to show some rates. After releasing personal information and property value the site left us waiting for a phone call. That is enough to mark your service as a fraud
Not happy
I do not like to be called. I thought I will be provided numbers online
Just checking to see if it's going to work or not need the money to do additional work on my house
I was not aware I would be bombarded with phone calls from lenders a second after I submitted. Was hoping to see rate estimates from the lenders so I would t have to talk to everyone of them and waste time
This form did not show me what was available, only promised a call that I don't want
Questionaire was pretty quick. And the calculations of the equity was already calculated. I'd rather be contacted via email with all the info first then make contact the lender which best suits my needs.
I was hoping for written quote comparisons. I don't want to be inundated with calls. Please delete my request.
The first portion of the process was simple enough
The lender come on the phone and said yes they will help me. With a home equity loan. Then they got my name,DOB,my SSN # and then turn around and say to the Credit score dose not matter. I said ok.then he comes back to me and said my score was less than 520 and that was not true. All of my scores are above 520. I won't you to delete all my personal information from your files and send me an email telling me you did delete today. The agent name is Sam Lee. I expect to see a email from you today that you have deleted all of my information from all your files today thanks.my name is Carl Parkhill
Didn't realize there was more than 1 agency lending… changed my mind, want to explore other avenues
The experience was very easy. I found an add and decided to apply to do hurricane windows to my condo.
Wasn t expecting 10 calls while I am doing the application. I am at work and I can t talk text or email will be perfect than so many people calling me.
Says I was matched with lenders & ask for phone number to show me the list & then pops up none that match now getting a bunch of phone calls which all say that can't fo anything got me. Bunch of bs thanks
The whole point of doing something online is to do the thing ng online, not start the process only to get "a rep will call you" message.
I did not ask to be called. Email would have been sufficient. I received about 27 calls in less than 30 seconds and could not get them to stop. This was excessive
It was less then 60 seconds to answer few questions. Now I hope I will be able to get cash out. I Deserve it
I'm rating my experience on how fast it was. Cause there's nothing to rate as for now. It's midnight here so I'm hoping to get a call by noon. Have a blessed night
Didn't get the refinance rates after providing info.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
