The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It was easy giving information but I'll see how it helps me.
Was expecting an instant response from info put in
Very good i've heard of them I heard of them before
Good it was interesting to know about this project
I know you're closed but it's really interesting.to followup on this
I am not sure what I can do yet. But the application was really easy to complete.
So far so good..
It was ok, thought this site would tell me more than it did without having to actually contact someone so quickly
People don't want to be solicited right out of the gate when your add suggests it is only for inquiry.
Hope to qualify before I lose home to code enforcement. Ian damage.
My experience so far is you've done nothing but interrogate me, ask for info, and ask me how do you like me so far.
From advertisement I viewed with link to Lendgo, it sounded like it was a lender who would provide a loan to those who were having difficulty getting one. It turned out that it was a link to find other lenders not any more willing to give a loan.
Direct and to the point Is the best type of information. Thanks
No real information given. Just a troll page to gather your information
Feels like the same only application you fill out so they can blow up your phone with everything but a loan
Not sure what to say as I just did the questions and haven't compleoanything to rate really
I'm not happy about not being able to see my results.
I asked to see loan rates, instead I got subscribed to be contacted and gave my information shared with multiple lenders, with no access to see and compare rates.
The ad that I seen was very informative, and the on line application was very easy and quick.
"see how much you can borrow" should be changed to "fill this out, we aren't yelling you a thing, but our sales team will be calling you to apply for loan soon." there are never any intentions to just see what one may qualify. Call it is your selling a product, and not checking to see what anyone qualifies for. A lie from the jump isn't selling me a damn thing.
It said at the beginning of this to fill out front information to see how much I could save nowhere on this page does it tell me how much I will save, but my phone number's been giving out to a bunch of lenders that will now be calling me You guys suck
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
