The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

So far nothing has happened so it's hard to rate you
It's false article, lenders are they can't give the same rate as my current mortgage rate. STOP putting this kind of article and misleading people
A phone call before I finish? So not harass me or be predatory! E mail me my possible rates
Very easy and helpful and I would recommend this loan company to anyone who is interested in buying or refinancing their home.
Well the info commercial says you can get a percentage of your equity without loosing your current low rate. But when I got contacted it was you will have to borrow up to 80% and do a refi.
I filled this form out earlier but think it was under refinancing, I am looking for money for home repairs and debt consolidation
I have already had my credit rating drop because of a company so will wait and see if there is anything you can do.
I refuse since you are letting several other companies call. Way to lose my trust.
You would not accept my phone number because the last 4 digits are the same!
Probably would have never reached me if not for social media
Didn't want a response via phone calls. Was expecting an immediate response.
Entering my info. Specific to the email address was frustrating your box defaults are all screwed up. Someone sound check them. It wouldn't let me move on without entering my email. So I almost gave up.
I better not start receiving sales calls!
I thought this site would provide the info.
Fill in the blanks is fine but it doesn't explain payments and interest on the equity tap
Who wants to be run over by calls? Noone! Just email &/or mail & let consumers respond.
I responded to a chance to take cash out (not a 2nd mort., refinance, etc. but I only get these offers instead of what you advertise! Very annoying!
Do not want a lot of lenders calling Would have preferred a list so that I may contact them
It's fine just hope there is actually something that helps
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
