The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Call start coming in before I'm done with questions. I just want to see rates
I expected to see a list of lenders, not immediately get emails and phone calls.
What you advertise and what you do are two different things.
Please do not have anyone call me. You have my email address. You may send a quote that way.
Bombarded with phone calls with lenders I could've just found myself online. Nothing special about this site other than being a pain in the $#*! and give me your number out!
I only filled out an application so far.It seems fair but not sure I qualify bc of my credit...
Seems simple but I have such poor credit I'm doubtful I'll ever be able to refinance...
Hopefully I won't judt get a bunch of telemarketing calls but look like I'm shur getting thrm no,that sucks 5 call and no answer
I am excited about my application for an equity line of credit. Please can you help me?
Nothing really special. Could have done this on my own.
I need more information available easier but it could just be my disabilities so over all great service
I'm not going to rate 5 star's until after I see what happens
I wanted to see rates. Not have to call each individual financial institution. Useless app. Either have to call or be called. Show approximate rates. At least state no rates will be given, individually and after a phone call. As far as I'm concerned, it's false advertising. A total waste of time.
I dont want to talk to anyone yet. I just want to see the rates
I've been met with all associated knowledge in my opinion for me
So far so good hopefully I get approved to do some home improvements and pay off some debt
Well I thought it was like other lenders, some are willing to give us $25,000 for a new screen in porch, but their rate's are to high, they wanted us to go from paying $848.00 in 2023, to paying them, $1,500.00 dollars a month. If we can only borrow $5,000.00 just forget it. I can borrow $7,000 if I want to just on a signature loan at 5%. We are planning on waiting until we will be able to borrow it probably after our former president takes office in 2025 around what our mortgage is today 2.25%.
So far so good but I need to know what percent I would be paying on this loan and would I be paying more monthly on said loan if I would agree.
This is not information that was first offered = frauds

This has been user friendly my husband passed away 2 years ago
I did not realise that I was being set up to recieve dozens of call. That sounds miserable. Especially since I'm only really interested in a Reverse Mortgage. How can I stop the coming onslaught. Not happy.
I've been deluged by electronic voices demanding additional info. This is not pleasant. Can I Opt out of phone contact and resort to email? It is disconcerting to have this rush to close. I have questions of my own!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
