The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I was hoping that at the end of signing up, that the system would calculate what I could borrow and then show me the available vendors who could service my equity loan. Keep hoping, the last page tells me to be prepared to receive a call
I have no idea I'm just looking for an estimate on my home?
Still looking for a good deal. Needs Equity line of credit.
So far it was very easy. Had a little hard time with the property value slider. But very easy.
I just filled out the forms. I don't know how this company is until I talk with someone
Fast just checking to see if it's really possible to get a loan
Its a scam. What the ad offers, you dont provide. Borrowing money on my house will not increase my mortgage payment. Actuall, no it wont. Itll just give me a second mortgage.
They said I could get an answer online and I got no answer except that someone will call me that's not what I was looking for
It said I would get an answer in two minutes.didn't happen
I didn't ask for a call back I asked for immediate amount eligible.
So far it's been pretty easy to fill everything out
Easy direct straight forward understanding easy to complete the process
Easy as long as i dont get nagged to death with text phone calls and emails all day yu dont even have time to think everybody is trying to shove $#*! down your neck
Fine but l'm interested in a number not a phone call
No rates were given. Just a scam to get your phone number
Not even done on-line and start getting phone calls. I guess I can't be curious without being bombed with calls!
I don't want to talk to anyone. I just want rates.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
