The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I don't want phone calls. They started as soon as I entered the last info. Plus the phone numbers were from lenders (assumably) from the same area code as my number, which is not where my property is located. That is clear via the address provided.
All I wanted to know was if we qualified for an equity line, and if so, how much the interest rates would be.
Please take my number off your list.
I don't have anything to say about my experience yet..
Everyone was helpful despite me not being able to be viable
I filled out the information, and then there was a silenced call almost as quick as I pressed enter or done. Kind of impersonal Facebook links haven't given me much hope People genuinely helping people rather than Fraudulent Lee marketed impostors. However, this is money and I'm sure the devils in the details.
Great service and excellent customer service support.
I was hardly finished with your phone when I was bombarded by call after call from lenders
I was expecting to see a list of lenders but I wasn't expecting my info to be sold on the spot

Said I would be matched with lenders and so I shared all contact info.and then said couldn't at this time. My hopes were up and now I'm back to wondering.
Thus far, the experience has been stress free and easy to follow.

Quick findings. My social security was excluded for the quick search. Fantastic

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
