The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I saw a video showing how to get 80% of your equity
24 hour service would be great. I get my best work done at night.
I don't like being lied to. I was told I would see options and instead was told I would be contacted. Misleading people will not get you costumers.
It is a bit early to rate this app you haven't done nothing to impress me yet
I'm hoping to have my kitchen remodeled and a few other minor repairs done without refinancing. I currently have a 4% interest rate and can't afford to pay more than that.I

You claim I can get an offer for a second mortgage by answering these questions, instead I now have to wait for a representative to get in touch with me so I can answer more bull$#*!, say that at the beginning, that this will require you to reach out with a representative to discuss your eligibility and further discuss things, rather than answer these questions and we will get you some offers……….not right…….just not right
It's to early for me to form an honest opinion about this site.
I don't want a lender contacting me right away...this is just a informational on line inquiry

No need to get ahold of me when I gave you all the info you need to give me an idea on how much I"d get and payment. If I want to hear from a $#*! ton of lenders, I'll call a $#*!-ton. Me having half a brain knew this was bs, so gave a fake name email and #. Have fun.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
