The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Would like to see rates before shifting through lenders
I wanted to see rate not get a bunch of sales calls.
I was only checking… did not care to get calls. Misleading ad
You lead people to believe they are going to get a rate or a proposal at the end of the process - but the message I got at the end just says guys will be calling me. Thx for sending my personal information out to the whole $#*!ing world (you have my email address - so send me the list of firms you sent my info to).
If you won't do that, you're worthless
You asked for all this personal information, and promised a proposal at the end - but you lied bc you delivered absolutely jackshit. All you did was send my personal information out to the whole fucking world.
Please email phone dose not answer only forward calls
So easy replying and filling out the information needed
I don't wants to have someone call me I just want to see what rates are available
I was expecting what I would qualify for based on my mortgage amount and address not a phone call
Useless information. I could have gotten it myself just searching the internet.
It's fast. Now let's see how they work.
Do they call every hour. That gets to be a problem. I can read and I am check things outdo they have their company name show on the phone?
Soon as i entered my phone number i started receiving multiple phone calls and e-mails i do not recommend using this service.you will receive a lot of spam
Want to explore issue not get a bunch of phone calls.

I was expecting some info not a phone number to call.
Your site led me to believe I was going to receive information on the spot after I provided my information.
I didn't expect some person to call. Only wanted to know lowest rate on line for borrowing feasibility
Sorry I even did this
It's a spam to get your contact details with no real time results
It would definitely be better if you could get generalized offers online, through this site, then you can pick who you want to contact. Having a bunch of different places having your phone number and then calling you would be extremely irritating. Some of those places might keep calling even if you don't choose them so having your phone number out there is not a good idea. You could also have the option to look at them online, have it sent through email, or receive a call, but give the person the choice.
To much information needed and all lenders do not have their information about lending on the site they want to talk to you instead. The whole point of the site, in my opinion, is to not have to talk to anyone until you are ready.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
