The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You promised offers and what I see is more questions from more lenders.
Let's see where this goes. Then you'll get my feedback.
The ad stated I could get equity out in my house. All it redirected me was a bunch of lenders to get a loan through. Why would I take a loan out when the ad stated it would not affect my mortgage? That's correct if you're having me take out a separate loan. Very misleading
Wanted quotes with interest rate. Not a bunch of phone calls and a need to put in the info multiple times. Wasted my time
Don't even have time to leave a message damn phone won't quit ringing.
Applying was fine. Have no opinion yet of the full experience until I review more.
Just fine but of course no transparency. I do not wish to refinance. There is a swamp of offerings at a time when one needs forthright answers.
I wanted to get an idea of how much I might be able to get in my circumstances…that's basically what you kept saying you were going to provide. Now I'm at the point where you've shared my contact info with a bunch of mortgage lenders without providing me with the one piece of information I was seeking - about how much would someone in my circumstance qualify for.
Should have realized this was just another data grab…shame on me.
Super easy experience with completing the questionnaire. My biggest issue is that I had 3 phone calls come in before I could finish reading the details at the end. I wish I could handle everything online.
Let me look before calling me.
I am not able to communicate via talk.
What experience, answering questions about my mortgage (Just like most short surveys!
I just want to see what lenders can offer. I don't want a call or to have to go to each lenders website. Don't waste my time
You got my information, yet didn't supply me, in return, with jack $#*!! Please read this, then go $#*! yourselves!
Depending on whether get to see rate or have to worry about bothersome calls
I put in all my info and it's a fishing scam to get your info and people call you constantly
Please, I need help get in my kitchen done and my how's done? Please help me if you can
Too many personal questions irrelevant to lending. A property address should be enough for a quick probability loan.
Hate being sucked in without more definitive info up front! Won't use again as a result.
I don't know because I haven't talked to anyone as yet.
The questions were simple and few. I gave 3 stars because there is no results yet.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
