The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Good so far! How can an equity loan for home improvements and help me out of a bind, financially?
Misleading website. Your website implies you will be able to see rate quotes online. However, it now appears I will be inundated with sales calls from unknown lenders.
Not impressed with the phone call everyone is going to be giving me.
Email: We have lenders for you!
On site: We have no lenders at this time...
Nevermind that I had no way through the forms to make the request I wanted to make--a bridge loan while I sell my property so I can buy a new home before I sell. 100% equity in $450k property.
Cant have not spoken to anyone for me to give a fair report or opinion
I was told I could view my offers. And my phone blows up. What a pain in the $#*!

Great it's very understandable and hope I qualify.
I'm concerned that my credit is poor and I will be unable to get a loan, thus wasting my time.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
