The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I filled this out at 9 pm and got a call as soon as I entered my # That is not ok!
I've only had internet experience. But so far they process was quick
Awesome, very eady to understand, thank you do much
Just wanted to know possible rates. I know I have great equity.
Would prefer loan quotes without personal information.
Giving me phone numbers of leaders doesn't really help me get quick rates…
I hate that my phone starts ringing as soon as my phone number is posted that is ridiculous I'm online for a reason I do not want to talk to a thousand people and when your phone number goes out it's all lost it never stops ridiculous I wouldn't borrow money from you now for if I was if you were the last place to get it
Don't know the rates of interest & monthly payments.
Seems more like click bait. To get ppl to "click on the dotted line " so you can call them instead of showing us lenders that we can research and think about before being harassed by them to choose them.
It said if i completed the first step it would tell me how much i quality for. It didnt but listed a bunch of folks that do loans which I am sure have my contact info now.: (
Why ask for information if you know if someone has bed credit
This is my first time using this site and I feel it will be handy for those who are inexperience with computers.
You are asking about my experience so far. You have not done anything for me yet so I have no experience to rely on.
I don't want my email and phone blowing up.with junk
I haven't had an experience yet...just put in some information. You want a five star rating for 30 seconds of my info input!? 🤔
You said that is going to give information and you did t
Haven't seen lenders or rates yet, jumping the gun won't get you 5 stars
I hope there are no more problems with Loan Depot's privacy of information!
Your ad is misleading. I saw it stated how to get a home equity loan now and keep my very low interest rate from my current mortgage. But Not once was I asked what my current mortgage rate was. Then I'm given a list of lenders with little to no information about rates etc. Typical ad scam.
All is good. I would have liked just the data, rates etc rather than referrals to bankers, who historically will now ring my phone day & night relentlessly
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
