The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I wanted to see actual rate quotes before speaking with a salesperson.
No sooner than I finish.phone calls pour in.let me look at rates before u blow up my phone
Fine, but want more information before moving forward
I didn't ask for a call, I wanted to view rates and read more about the products. This was a complete waste of my time.
U people say to calculate a payment. But all u do is try to get a name. Phone number. And a email to just start to bother them… u people need to figure away to let the customer c the payment options that r out there and then. Let them get ahold of u. Instead of disrupting people's lives with over 50 calls thru out the day..
After I signed the darn thing, I could not get the document(s) I signed to populate to the level of legibility needed to know what I had signed. It appears the programmer/ designer of the web doc - hopefully, unintentionally & unplanned - got the cart before the horse when it auto-signed my name before offering me the option of reading it 1st.
I am looking for a loan to consolidate some bills so I can live more comfortably
I received a spam call to my phone instantly after signing up. All calls will be blocked in the future. Unprofessional.
YOUR LEAD GENERATOR needs option to NOT require phone number - BECAUSE your referred VENDORS SOLICIT BY UNIDENTIFED ROBO CALLS AND WON'T QUIT. I'll Call YOU! Your inbound REFERRALS ONLY GET BLOCKED by us. YOU could sell MORE "QUALIFIED" LEADS by charging LESS for MORE vendor Sales than they're getting without that option - TRY IT!
Single Queries are IMPLIED in Ads - then REFERRED as a Lead Source for Multiple Lenders who HARASS, removing consumer driven timing and information seeking as CONSUMER Preference. Some of these Lenders pursue Full Credit Reports PRE-Maturely without full consent. They are blocked everytime they pop up as one of your participating lenders.
Interested in hearing it's the same information that I just read. And I will write a review
I don't want phone calls 2 mins after I seek info online. I'm online for a reason. Do not call me when I am only seeking info online.
Signing up for calls was easy. I have yet to see what their offers will be.
You implied a answer to my request but instead sent me on to other sites only to answer the same questions
You said minutes, got my info and are selling it to every telemarketer out there, you lied.
Good so far, see what you can do and if your rate is comparable and competitive.
We will see what hap,ens I have 4. Homes in Colorado springs CO that are paid in full
So far I just like the experience that you guys offer
I can't say nothing so far, but I can let you know later
So far the process was easy but they say lenders are going to call me. I wonder if they will e American.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
