The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I just got three phone calls in 10 seconds. I'm just starting to look at this and if this is already raising my "HIGH PRESSURE SALES MOVES" indicator. NOW I'm suspicious. Trust level is now ZERO!
The ad and the application is a little misleading. I thought I was applying through this company that I was sending the application to. I didn't know I was going to get a list of different people that had to contact me. I was expecting to be either approved or denied with either an explanation as to why I was not approved or to be approved with the details when I was finished with the application
I don't want to be called. You said you could give me offers for loans but nothing. I'm supposed to drop everything and deal with a bunch of hacks calling me up? No thank you.
No feedback you have not done anything for me. I need to have an offer with my current interest at 2percent.
Typical... was hoping for more of a substantial answer. Instead it was all one sided. Enter all my information only to be held off... waiting for a sales person.
Had know experience as of yet the information given isn't detailed to conclude my trust in the program.
Not affected info seem miss leading info.
Life happens you can have great credit for years and then have something bad happen and see your credit plummet. And there's a way to repair everything but because of your credit you're not able to tap into a way that can not only fix a problem, but make your credit be back on top again so to have somebody that could help me possibly means a lot. Thanks.
I would like to know how much is possible to borrow now
This process went fast to this point of the search for mortgage lenders
I want to see terms in writing. I do NOT want people calling me.
I own my home free and clear. It's paid for. I need to borrow $12,000.00 to install a new roof. That's all?
I own my house free and clear. I have no mortgage to pay. I just need to borrow $12.000.00 to put a new roof on my house. My credit score is 591. That's the problem.
I been trying to find someone to help me improve my home painting new flooring kitchen bedrooms etc
I don't want anyone contacting me. You said you could give me rates. That it would be the same as what I have now, which is 2.75%
I am still trying to experience. What I can't understand how can my credit be so bad with only two grands in the hole.where I've experience another of higher depths in the making and still running the assembly line.
I'm not expecting a call, I was expecting a number
No information as promised in the advertisement. Looks like a typically 'lead generating' ad. Very disappointed in you.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
