It should not be referenced to a live person right off. It's not like I don't know how to pick up a phone book and make calls to lenders. It's either a ai estimate or It's not. Say so up front, be honest with the actions that you know will take place, up front.

I think this rating is asked to be done prematurely. Prior to me being able to know or obtain valuable information that could be helpful to others. Guess I would just need to revisit with an updated review.
Why do you force me to give up my phone number to get an offer from a lender. I don't trust verbal communications from sales people. They can say anything and there is no record, no accountability. I want it in writing or don't waste my time.
