I went to a couple of different websites for form for release of medical information. The first one, I filled everything out but when you want to save or print, oh no no no - you have to get licensed. It's technically free, if you remember to go right back in and cancel your free trial (or pay $35/month!). Meanwhile they've got your credit card info. Not this website. I filled out the form, saved it and printed it with no other demands or requirements. They delivered what was promised with no BS and I for one really appreciate that!
