I really enjoyed navigating through the website and creating my business plan it was nice and easy. It made me think and see everything in perspective.

Due to system issues, my free trial wasn't canceled and my card was charged. I called and worked with Charles where he was very understanding and beyond helpful in issuing a refund. It's always a pleasure when people go out of there way to help!

I found their process of questions to fill in the documents very easy. I was able to complete my contract in a lot less time and I felt comfortable because I was able to save money that I would normally pay an attorney.

I sent an email to legal templates customer service department when my credit card statement included an unauthorized charge for $39.95. Benjamin's reply to my email promised a quick refund if I submitted a positive review of their customer service. This is it... hopefully Benjamin was sincere and my refund will show up very soon!

Legal templates is a great website for what you need to generate for legal paperwork. I used it to help my roommate and landlord generate the lease agreements he needed for the renters. A good company. With a monthly fee of $34.95

Bejamin was very polite and helpful regarding my refund and he explained to me very well what was happening and how i got charged and how he will help to resolve the issue

Called to get a refund due to my card was used without my knowledge. Was asked questions and they issued a refund. Helpful and willing to work with us.

Dodged my calls and then promised a call back which I never received.

I really felt that Benjamin did a great job explaining everything to me and addressed my concerns on getting reimbursed for the amount that was taken out of my account.

This website is a great website for lawyers and paralegals who are just starting off. I did happen to find a similar website that was free. Danny did a wonderful job in helping me with my cancellation and refund request.

This is a great service and Benjamin was very prompt to reply to my request. Will definitely use them again.

Not sure why a review is required to speed up my refund. Seems a little strange to me. Without a review I was told it would take 15 days for a refund and with a positive review it would be much quicker. Not a good way to do business.
