For a medium to large-size business, Legal Templates is your place to go for easy-to-use legal document templates constructed as reviewed by legal persons pursuant to each state. To be honest, we cannot quite swing the monthly fee for our small business. But even the free 7-day trial has been invaluable for now. We are hopeful LT may make the site more affordable for all.
