I was referred to Mr. John Donohue at the National Legal Solutions Center.
The service was excellent - professional, superior quality, and very timely.
I was able to complete the whole process remotely, which was extremely helpful.
I would highly recommend this office to others!
Legal Match set me up with clients who don't have the money to pay or want free services. The company bugs you constantly to pay them, even when you are making no money from their "clients." It was a bad decision of mine to sign up with them and I recommend that other lawyers avoid them at all costs. If you try to call them, there is no phone number posted that will actually put you through to the company.
My law firm was interested in partnering with Legal Match under the assumption that it was a referral business for new clients. After receiving a sales pitch, we were no longer interested, as the price for the leads was not justifiable and the sample leads did not seem to be good leads we were interested in. Since that pitch, Legal Match representatives continually send misleading emails and call my personal cell phone number under the pretense of being a potential new client. This type of fraudulent behavior is extremely concerning, and I regret ever considering this scam of a company.
Worthless attorneys who don't read, and can't communicate effectively. Rude employees! Tells me to report to BAR! Good luck with that!
I think the salesperson said to me 3 or more times that they need to determine if I'm a good fit for them, which made me feel like I had to interview to be qualified to use their service. I tried to ask the sales person how many attorneys are they going to limit the leads to, so that I can know how many attorneys would be getting the same leads; and her response was that she had already told me this, which was not accurate; she had told me that there was one other attorney receiving the leads at the time of the call, but she did not make it clear how many attorneys they were going to sell the same leads to. I asked to speak to someone else to continue the product demonstration and she said she was the director and refused to transfer the call to anyone else. She then said that she did not think I was a good fit to use their services. That's when I ended the call and decided to write this review. It's possible that there are nicer sales people at Legal Match, but I wasn't able to speak to anyone else there, so I'll never know.
This is the worst marketing decision I ever made. Half of my marketing budget is tied up with legalmatch. The quality of their leads are awful. Since I signed up for criminal defense leads, I was realistic about the quality of leads I would be getting. I didn't know they would not meet my lowest of lows expectations. They need court appointed attorneys. They can't afford private attorneys. And I don't charge the highest fees. I've resigned that I will be losing money each month until my plan expires in 2024.
I initially left an unsatisfactory review. However I have had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Anderson for clarification. Complicated title search!
Mr Anderson took on my case initially for a title and heir issue in which a family member sold a property without me. However, through his thorough research he found more layers to the case. I appreciate his investigation, finding all the correct heirs and even speaking with me on a weekend. It can be unnerving to have to find an attorney in a different state, but I am comfortable with retaining Mr. Anderson. His attention to details is reassuring that this case will be handled properly.
Terrible legal service, they give you TRASH consultations. Look at the bad reviews of people here asking for pro-bono attorneys. That is what legal match gives you. So you're paying 1500/month for leads that are asking for a free lawyer? Yikes, RUN from them, scam service.
I put in probono attorneys. They gave me Arthur goldman. You'll hear from him 1 day few times then 3 weeks will go by and nothing.! No communication, making you feel better, you'll ask for recommendations. He'll just say what do you want to do. He just wants to settle right away. I asked to put the court date back once because of work and he kept setting it back. I still didn't get what I wanted. Your better off doing your own research on attorney.
I regret ever signing up with LegalMatch. They are constantly confused about where I work and what I do and keep sending the wrong kinds of cases to the wrong attorneys in my office. I've been trying since last year to get things corrected and I finally had to give up. They will try to sign you up for an abusive auto-renew contract with a limited cancellation window, so be careful there, too.
Avoid.
I was contacted by a lawyer very shortly after submitting my information to LeagalMatch. After an initial phone consultation I contracted with the lawyer and paid a 2500.00 retainer for his help with selling my small business to my business partner. At first he gave me a lot of good sounding advice but after several months of sending him financial documents and a few brief phone calls there was no tangible evidence of any work he had done...no documentation, no valuation of my business, no negotiation strategy, no movement forward...just a request for more money. Foolishly I sent it and have been trying to get back the second payment of 2500.00 after loosing confidence in the attorney's abilities/ethics. None of this is LegalMatch's problem. The problem is that it is impossible to get through their phone system labyrinth to do anything to address the problem. Their phones disconnect, their mailboxes are full and not taking new messages, their voice menu is useless. I was completely thwarted by their password reset so could not reset and log in on line. I think the best way to find a lawyer is to talk to people you know that have had positive experiences and get a referral closer to home. I was able to get a good referral through a lawyer I was already working with on a collections matter. My current need, selling my business was totally outside of his area of expertise but he was able to point me to someone, a colleague that did help me and now I'm moving forward again. I may never see any refund from the bad lawyer I originally contacted through LeaglMatch but I hope I can help someone avoid this hassle. AVOID LegalMatch
I took the time to post the details of my case. The website states that lawyers will review your case within 24 hours and determine if they can represent you.
I posted my case over a week ago, and it has not even been viewed by anyone. I sent a follow up inquiry several days after posting, and nobody responded.
While in theory it is a great idea to match lawyers with potential clients, the reality is that there is a complete breakdown in the system, and nobody is actually reviewing the cases.
Lawyers: don't fall for this scam. These people are two bit con-artists and thieves. They stole $751 from me I'll have to collect in small claims because of their fraud. Avoid like the plague, they'll try to rob you blind
Our dealings with attorney Jason Roberts was outstanding. He took our foreclosure case after we had to remove 3 other attorneys that were not helping and even hindering our case. He got it resolved relatively fast with a professional attitude of caring for his clients.
Their interview protocol on their website is so limited in choices that I could not use them at all. I tried calling them at *******234 and *******070 and received ideal automated answers on both numbers. The 866 number sent me to voice mail, where I heard a recording that this voice mail was not receiving any messages. The 775 number simply hung up on me. I suggest you not invest even two seconds of your valuable time seeking assistance from this company.
I posted my story and within an hour was contacted. After faxing over requested information he sent a letter for me to sign. I'm in absolute awe of Legal Match!
Robert Maurer and Corey Nobilo of San Antonio,Tx., represented me for my husband's will in probate court.
They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and worked within my budget. I had looked for 2 years for an attorney to help me, but all were very expensive. I would gladly recommend them.
Steve called within 10 minutes and after talking to him briefly I knew he was the man! Totally satisfied
I contacted Legal-Match and put my case information about my issues. I recieved what seemed to be computer generated messages from different lawyers. Since the response seemed generated, I didn't know if these were actual lawyers reaching out about the case. Every correspondence said the same thing. The only thing different was the name of the lawyer or law firm. No one stated anything in the message that would let me know that they actually read my case. Not one addressed any of the issues in my listing. Nonone asked about a time, date nor location. They did however state their rates. Some actually wanted to receive 500 bucks just to talk on the phone no mattervof the call was 2 minutes or 20. They also don't have to take the case. 500 for a conversation just to get a email saying they can't help you. Itvseems that the lawyers just want a easy fast case with one or two court appearances.
Do not sign up for this service or become an attorney associated with this plan. They are the absolute worst.
