Extremely disappointed! Mom ordered the kershaw knife for me to celebrate my dads life after his passing. Paid $289.00 for a $50.00 knife. The flyer from Legacy Touch showed the knife with the loved ones name, birth date and date of death. My sister added the monogram to the order thinking it would be on the opposite side of my dads name and dates. Received knife, it did not have dads name and dates on it. It's just an overpriced knife with initials on it, not a remembrance of dads life. Called Legacy Touch, no empathy, didn't care. I asked if it could be sent back to have dads name and dates put on it. They said no.

I lost both my parents in 18 months, and I wanted to get a front/back heart or oval with one fingerprint on each side. They only offer double sided with the dog tag and I didn't want that. So I got two hearts (one offset) and wear them on the same chain. I have their names, dates, and a sentiment on each as well. I do think that I will get a heavier-weight chain though, with the cost of the hearts I certainly don't want to lose them! Although overpriced, I am happy to have this lasting memorial of two of the most wonderful people that ever lived.

Soo my mother passed away on September 6,2018. This year me my 2 sisters and little brother planned on doing something with her ashes for the 2 year anniversary. However my sister got her car broken into August 30th and they took her purse that had all of our remaining ashes in it. We were devastated and broken. I called the funeral home and they referred me to legacy touch to have her finger print out on something special with her own personal pin number. I just want to say how grateful I am of this necklace I chose and how it brought me close to my mother again who I thought I would never have any connection with again. I don't write reviews but I had to this time. Thank you guys for making this so beautiful for me. It's perfect..

I only have this company 3 stars because the shipping process was HORRIBLE! They chose to use FedEx. Our order got lost and traveled around the US for almost 3 weeks. Nobody could find it and it was so frustrating! We finally received the necklace and it was BEAUTIFUL! Very happy with the product itself... but goodness gracious... thank God we weren't trying to get the next day torn around to have it at our family members funeral, because it would not have showed up. And when you are already grieving... stuff like this makes things worse. The company did say they would have replaced the order if Fedex wouldn't have found the package, which is good... just frustrated that it had to almost come to that point!

I purchased a dog tag necklace for my husband for $175. Less than 24 hours after I ordered it I realized there was something wrong with engraving (my fault) and emailed them to see if I could change it. They replied no because it had already gone into production. I called to see if the response would be different but was again told, no, it's already gone into production. I think for $175 for a tiny piece of lightweight aluminum you could redo it. Your prices are insanely high and your profit margin must be ridiculous. I think this company takes advantage of those who have lost a loved one. If you go on Etsy you can get the same products for 1/4 the price. I would never order from them again.
