Beautiful way to memorialize a loved one! When my dad found out it was my step mom's actual fingerprint it made him cry.

My mother loved it made her tear up! She needed this, and it was perfect after her mother just past to have that little prt of her again.

When given the brochure for the fingerprint jewelry by Legacy Touch, I wasn't thinking of buying. A few days later, intrigued, I looked it over & built my dream piece in gold. It was pricey. Tried cutting it back & came up with acceptable price but to me, there would be a tinge of regret to try to save a few bucks for having such a unique item with my dad's fingerprint. So I bought my dream piece. I bought one for my daughter.

The jewelry is of good quality. We chose heart pendants because of the larger, clearer imprint. We chose the gold adjustable 16" chain and upgraded the bail. We didn't do any charms.

Bottom line for those on the fence, obviously Legacy is a huge conglomerate & funeral homes get a cut of the sales. And we're very vulnerable when we've had such a loss.
But we only have this life. I believe we deserve to treat ourselves well. Buy the lobster or steak. Go places. Pick your dream piece of jewelry.

A beautiful piece of jewelry to remember my husband with. I chose an urn pendant so I can carry him with me always.

I was absolutely floored when my necklace came in. I was not expecting it to be a beautiful as it was. I love that you can add some many thing to it. I will. I will definitely be ordering more thing in the future. It is such a comfort to have my husband print with me always.

Love it! It's been extremely hard losing my Dad. But having the key chain helps, placing my thumb or finger on his print is comforting.

The perfect gift for someone who is grieving the loss of a loved one. Something for everyone. Some are expensive but well worth it.

Our children asked that I get their dad's fingerprint at the funeral home. I was given the brochure with a pin number to order what they wanted. Of course I couldn't have a copy of the fingerprint but this company can. They are taking advantage of people left and right in their time of grief. We would never order a piece of jewelry from them at their prices. The exact pieces can be purchased for 1/4 their price elsewhere. My advice is to make your funeral director furnish you with a paper copy of your loved one's print unless you have plenty of money to play with.

Quick and good quality. Purchased four finger print dog tags of our beloved Mateo. They came within a few days.

I ordered two of the thumbprint keychains with my mothers thumbprints and had the dates and names put on them. When ordering them on the screen it showed them correctly. When I received them this week they had dropped the 21 off the end of this years date so instead of the date reading 07/15/1943 - 05/03/2021 it read 07/15/1943 - 05/03/20 which was obviously not correct. I contacted them immediately and there answer was we sent you an email so we can't do anything but offer you a 50% off to purchase them again. I never received an email from them I went through all my emails and spam there was nothing so she then tried sending it again same thing never came through. She sent it a different way from a different email and that one came to me so something was not working with the original email they were using. She said I had exceeded the maximum allowable characters so that was why it cut the 21 off so I asked why it didn't state that on the system when I was creating this and she didn't have an answer. This was very upsetting as I have just lost my mom, these were over $200 and now to get them again they want me to pay over $100 more for them. I feel this company is taking advantage of peoples grief and not providing good customer service for a mistake on there side. I would look elsewhere before using this company.
