Easy to order the cover even for an Analog guy. Shipping was fairly quick even coming from China. Product looks good and user friendly as it scrunches into a small pillow sized bag.

Broken

Order the tri bar for my 2015 street glide special an when I got it an went to install it it doesn't fit or it's broken haven't really figured it out I lightly shook it an didn't hear nothing rattle an I looked at the connectors an one side was slightly crooked so I'm assuming that's the issue cause it wouldn't fully plug in an connect. But other than that minor issue everything else is good

Misleading

I bought a bundle package for my 2021 Jeep Willys Gladiator and the turn signal lights that were said to "fit my Jeep" did not. Returned those. Headlights and fog lights are not "plug and play". My Jeep is at the dealership for the past week for code resetting.

The only issue I had was, it took me several emails to grt even an APPROXIMATE delivery date. I mate it very clear to the rep that I wasn't looking for an exact date but, I wanted some idea of what to expect. In the end, I was satisfied with the delivery time.

At first I got the wrong tracking number, and I noticed it never came up as "Valid". Literally within a day of emailing support, they gave me a new tracking number and the part was shipped. Definitely happy!

I absolutely love my headlights and they work great. Super easy to install once I had all the parts. One of the plugs on the driver's side headlight was cracked but still plugged in. Also there was no fuse tap included in the box so I had to go and purchase one. The headlights were almost sent back to the manufacturer because the post office said they didn't have a full address when I could clearly see that I entered my apartment number in my receipt. When they found the box and showed me the label the apartment number had been eliminated.
