The led grill lights fit my 4 runner perfectly and look awesome. My order shipped quickly and after looking up how to install on you tube I had them installed within 20 minutes. Only downside was the instructions that came with the lights but thanks to you tube they are perfect. I've already had a lof of compliments!
Website said fog lights would fit my Jeep. They don't. LED Factory Mart tried to charge me return shipping to send them back. They won't send me a shipping label and are being sketchy about my refund. I also got a headlight that didn't work. They said they would send a new one but I had to pay $40 shipping. Eventually I go them to send me a replacement headlight with no shipping charge, but why should I have been asked to pay it in the first place? All in all, this company is terrible, and I will never purchase from them again.
This company has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. They are in China and will only answer in the middle of the night. They also sent me the wrong parts (their website says the parts will fit my truck and they don't) and are trying to make me PAY SHIPPING TO SEND THEM BACK! DO NOT BUY FROM LED Factory Mart.

At first, I was only charged for half of my order. I was under the impression that my whole order was paid for, since everything was purchased at the same time. I waited a week wondering if when my order was going to be shipped. I finally got an email that I needed to pay for the rest of my order. Then when I received the products, there's no installation instructions. Now I have to figure out how to install the lights in our Jeep and I hope I don't damage them by installing them wrong.
Delivered as expected. No not had time to install yet. Looks like it should work fine. Everything was in the package.

Happy that a military/DoD discount was available. The order indicated that everything would be (and was) delivered at the same time, but the 52" light bar was not with the order when it arrived. I had to call LED Factory Mart to determine where the 52" light bar was as it was a week or so after I received the bulk of the order. I was told the light bar was supposed to ship soon, but nothing in the order statement indicated that there were two different shipments - so that was confusing. I did receive the light bar about 3-4 days later and in good condition, so the order is complete now. Just confusing - I suspect the 52" light bar was "forgotten" on the original order and quickly "added" to get it to me, based on the time it took to receive and the fact that there was no indication about two separate shipments on the original order.

Delivery was very slow! It took 14 days. I will never order anything from a company that ships UPS mail Inovations. Would have given half a star if possible. Ever since I placed the order I have been bombarded with ads from LED Factory Mart.
Ordered a set of Raptor lights for my 5th gen 4Runner and they worked for a month before 2 of the 4 lights started to short out. Contacted them early November and now its middle January with no resolution. I did everything they asked me to do. Took pics and videos showing the defective lights and have not seen any movement on their behalf. I will update if this is resolved but as of now I would NOT recommended this place to anyone!

The finish was good but the machining of the brackets was poor. I had to drill out the bolt hole for one of the turn signals because the bolt wouldn't line up properly between the bracket and the turn signal because the hole was not drilled at the proper angle.

I purchased some fog lights for my 2022 Bronco because this store had them competitively priced compared to other shops I was looking about for comparable products. That's essentially the last benefit I received. The product came in good order but with ZERO installation instructions making them useless. Especially considering this was an electronics product that had to be run through the OEM factory headlight wiring. I am a resourceful guy so I spent almost 3 weeks going back and forth with the company to acquire instructions they clearly didn't possess (I don't know how you're selling an electronics product without any knowledge of how it works). Whereas the competitors had 20-40 min step-for-step installation instructions available online the best I could get from them was a video under 30 seconds that said little more than "connect the wires." I pointed out to their customer service rep that there are at least 8 different wires on the left front headlight coupling and even more on the right. Nothing. I tried reaching out to the local garages but they do not install outside parts. I was forced to return the item but was told that I'd have to cover the shipping and be charged an additional 15% restocking fee. While I was able to get them to waive the restocking fee I still have to pay nearly 10% of the item cost for my months-long hassle. I would never recommend using this company. You're better off going to a known producer or even Amazon.

Lights are great, easy to hook up, only thing that was a little wrong was ordered on the 15th of December and didn't recieve until the 2nd of January. Not a big deal. Would definitely order from yall again!

Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
Answer: Scam! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! They STILL haven't replaced a defective headlight even though I'm under a 1 year warranty.
