The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. definitely go with smaller size if you are 1/2 size. nice and wide and comfy
Impressive. The feel, quality and look of these boots are not comparative to the competition. These are much better, hands down. These are the most comfortable boots I have owned. No break-in needed. Dont hesitate on buying these!!
solid boots, soft, I will need to break in a little because I am used to hiking style boots, but overall good quality boot and definitely happy w purchased
Top quality boots, Very comfortable out of the box Great price ! Should last a long time, soles have excellent traction. Fit good---I ordered my normal size.
I loved the boots but I order one size to big and I had to returned it. It took exactly 10 days from the day leatherup received to get information about the return. I expected at least when they sign for the return to send an email or add a note to my account that they received and is pending to be process.
Not happy at all.....
As far as the quality of the boots, I would give them a 4 or 5 stare rating, but I did not get to wear them because of a loose heel fit. They fit fine in length and in width in the front portion of my foot, but my heel moved freely up and down in the boots when I walked. I did not try to order a different boot (or size) because of the high cost of return shipping. I will look for boots at a store so I can try them on before purchase. It was expensive to try on these boots. I don't know of any way to be more certain of correct sizing when ordering the boots. Normally I wear a 12D, sometimes a 13D. The ordered size 12. I know 13 would be too large and size 11 would be too small. The fit problem was only in the heel.
This is a nice boot. If you have wide feet, like me, then these will do you well. They are very comfortable to wear off the bike too. The price is fantastic. I know because I did a lot of shopping around before purchasing these. I look forward to picking up the brown leather version as long as they're on sale.
Well, after reading the reveiws, I order them. As one person said, order size or so smaller. I'm 10 1/2, so orederd 10's, good thing, they are pretty loose too. I added insole liners and fit is pretty good now. Seeing how I'm going to use them primarily for riding they will "work". By looking at the picture it looked like a larger heel too, but not quite the heel I would like. All in all, a pretty good boot for the price, but wish I would have went a little more and got "all" the features I would have liked, but again, pretty good boot for the price. Willie
Nice boots for the price. I am really happy with these boots run a little large in size. I could have used a half size smaller but I figure it will give me extra room for heavier socks when the weather starts to cool off. These boots are easy to break in without sore feet. Would recomment these to anyone.
Ordered 9.5 since have worn that size for 40 years and boots are definately more than 1/2 size too large, but better than too small. Added sole liner and wear really thick socks to make fit. Otherwise no major complaints.
Thanks to everyone that posted a review. I am always reluctant to buy boots without trying them on, but the reviews gave me the confidence to give it a shot. These boots are great quality and fit just right. Terrific value for the money. I'm going to buy another pair.
I've owned a brown pair for two years. My new bikes shifter was leaving a black mark on the brown boots, so I bought a black pair. The boots are stylish and comfortable. No real need to spend a lot on a pair of boots, these look and feel just fine.
fit perfectly, flexible in the ankle for ease in shifting, for the money doubt can find any other boot this good am very satified
The only difference in these boots and the ones I paid twice as much for at the HD dealer is that these are more comfortable fit better have the same Orange and black sole.... But the dont have the little bar and shield on the sole....really these boots are BETTER than my last pair from HD... Enough said.
Style is good and they are durable. The finish holds up well against scuffing on the shifter and elsewhere. I have to wear thicker socks though to keep the boots well on my feet. I could have gotten away with a smaller size, but I wanted to have room for warmer socks for cold days.
Ordered these boots for my husband and he really loves them! Provide great comfort and safety while on the motorcycle. Have been totally satisfied with the products and service that we have recieved from Leather Up!! We have recommended the site to all our friends...
I have found these boots very comfortable with thick socks on, and they look very good as well. I would rate them an exlent buy for the money.
I would highly recommend them to my friends!
Boots fit great. Order the size you normally wear. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE BUSINESS!! Will order again.
LOVE these boots and ordered according to all those before me!! Pay attention to the SIZE CHART everyone!!

I don't normally wear boots. The pair I wore for riding prior to purchasing these was a lace-up pair of work/hiking boots. I mention this just to give some framing for my review, as others more familiar with pull-on boots may find my complaints irrelevant.
First, after reading several of these reviews that said the size is true, I ordered the boot at a 91/2, which is what I wear in a New Balance running shoe. The 91/2 was **very** difficult to squeeze my foot into, and was way too narrow, so I had to exchange for a size 10 (which cost another $10 in return shipping). The size 10 is still tough to get my heel down into, and once it's on the width is comfortable, but there's a little play from heel to toe. But they're fine for riding, and comfortable enough to walk in.
Lastly, a short pull-on boot turns out to not be my thing. It's a couple of inches too short, and the top of the boot too wide (fine for getting your foot in, but because the top is so short, long pants don't always stay over the top). I'm amazed that these get a five star rating from so many people; I can only assume this means most other boots are complete crap.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
