The jacket is very warm with the liner installed. I love the ability to adjust the waist in to limit the air flow. I normally I wear a Large, but purchased the XL to allow thicker layers for colder mornings. The XL just fits me. I will not have room to wear thicker layers under it. My measurements are 45" chest and 38" waist for comparison. You may want to consider going up 2 sizes if you want a little extra room for thicker cloths. Great price on it.

I just got my Xelement invasion mesh Neon Green armored jacket today..As to the Fit...

I am a man 6' 0" tall and weight 210.. I got a XL and it fits fine. Slightly snug with the liner but I live in Florida and will seldom want liner installed...Arms are nice and long and torso also long especially in the back so it should not " ride Up".. I do not know about durability etc. yet, but.... it looks real bright and I am looking forward to it use.. You all send your crazy drivers here in the winter so I hope this helps for them to see me !

Followed the majority recommendations and ordered one size up. Good advice, but consider this...it is made in Pakistan so sizing is off. One size up will probably work well for summer riding...without the liner installed and just a t-shirt or light shirt underneath. In winter that may work with an old sweatshirt underneath too. But when you install the liner one size up may be too snug as the liner is rather thick and also kinda heavy. I just received mine and that is the case for me. Understand that I'm a big guy, used to play defensive tackle so I'm used to ordering up-size and trying things on...especially clothing items manufactured outside the U.S. and Western Europe. So keep that in mind if you do any winter or cool-weather riding and need some sort of liner to keep the cold wind out. Overall I like it's look and feel although I have no idea what the purpose of those inner elbow snaps are for. I'll be calling Leatherup to go from a 2XL size to a 3XL because I do some cool weather riding and want to make use of the liner. Also, I like to follow the pilot's safety edict of "See and be Seen' and these yellow-green jackets are a big help in that respect.

I purchased this jacket from LeatherUp over 2 years ago. I use it every warm day when the weather permits, so it was put through its paces. As far as durability is concerned, the jacket had no failures of any kind - the zipper and all of the stitching remain intact. It is a great hot weather jacket - the air flow is excellent and the color reflects the heat from the sun. Visibility is excellent. The pockets are big and strong. The armor is in all the right places. My only gripe is that the yellow collar gets dirty looking - I suspect from rubbing against the helmet. It should have been colored black.

The hi-vis is great, the glove construction is pretty good, a few loose threads. The two complaints on this glove is the fabric "abraids" too easily causing loose fuzz, which gets caught in the velcro closure, and when you go to pull the fabric off the velcro it makes more fuzz. Also when the glove is on, there is a open gap at the velcro closure, not a big deal in warm weather, but in colder temps it creates a cold spot, where cold air gets in. Overall at this price point, I do like the gloves, and will probaly buy them again. After a few hundred miles they seem to be ok, so i can't really comment on longevity.
