The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. Love these gloves, have seen similar gloves that were much more expensive. I wore them this morning in 38 degree temps and they are great!!!
For 29.95 these gloves can't be beat, I tried to go the super cheap route with a $15 pair thinking I could get by, they literally fell apart at the seams on me, so I bought the Xelement pair listed here, incredible value, I commute to NY everyday on the motorcycle and November evenings at 37* F going 65 mph are still working out for me. I have been happy with the quality and construction of this glove, thanks Leatherup.
Not sure my computer cooperated on my rating. I would rate the gloves at 5 stars. They required a couple of hours of break in for me. I comute 30 miles each way and they keep my hands comfortable down to high 30s with only a windscreen on my bike (no fairing).
Easy to open and close with the string and long enough to fit up jacket sleeve comfortably. The warmth is great as I have ridden in 30-40 degree weather for about 40 minutes wothout getting too cold. The hand mobility is also good with the ridged palm. Thanks
Got these for the husband and he has nothing but great things to say about them. Keeps his hands warm in 30 degree weather here in Colorado.
These gloves are fantastic. Pleased with the Xelement Mechanic's Gloves I'd purchased but needed something waterproof/cold-weather-usable and these are really perfect. And for the price? Don't even think twice.
when i need more riding gear i look to leather up, i order these glove for this winter, they fit perfect, feel good & conforible. got them real quick. can't beat this deal. i wear XL & that's what i ordered. 7-19-11. well, i give 5 stars. thanks leather up.
Beautiful, soft gloves with great padding throughout and knuckle protection. These are very well made and keep my hands toasty warm. I am a tall woman with long fingers so I ordered an XL for myself and the same for my 6-ft tall, 165 lb, 18-year-old son. We both are very happy with the fit. Order arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Highly recommend.
Nice thick gloves, the guantlet could've been bigger and it doesn't really need the velcro strap. nice and warm.
Great gloves for the rainy days. I have worn them in the cool weather as well. They kept my hands warm in 40 degree weather. Jury is still out for colder weather riding.
These are wonderful gloves. Very well made, and comfortable while riding. The first ride I took with these, the temp was around 35 degrees, and even without a wind shield, my hands never got cold. The gauntlet cuffs aren't really adequate to go over my leather coat, but that's not a deal breaker, I just wore them under my coat sleeves. The price was great, too Very highly recommended.
Great gloves and great fit, however these are definitely NOT winter gloves. If you live in Arizona these would be fine for winter riding but not in Utah or anywhere else it gets below 35 degrees. I used these in the fall and was very happy with them but a couple weeks ago the temperature dipped below 35 and my hands were solid blocks of ice by the time I got to work. I even tried a thin cotton glove inside as a liner and it didn't help much. Great gloves, great fit and quality but look for something else if you're riding in sub-35 degree temps.
No problem in cold weather. 30 degrees and my hands are warm. But they are NOT rain proof. I got caught in a storm the other day and my fingers were soaked after 15 minutes of riding.
LeatherUP does it again. These are very nice gloves and the quality is great. I went riding last week in 36 degree weather and my hands stayed toasty warm. The cuffs fit well over the sleeves of my leather jacket ( purchased from LeatherUp, of course ) and prevent any wind from getting in. I highly recommend these to anyone planning on doing some cold weather riding.
Can't express how good of a winter glove these are. Nice and warm and just as good as gloves that are 90 - 100 dollars. Just make sure when you take them off you don't separate the inner liner. Awesome gloves!!
The gloves are great. No more cold digits even in the low 30's I have been seeing lately. The cord on the gauntlet really helps seal the gloves from any bufering air and the liner makes them comfortable. The only issue is when you hands get a little sweety the liner sticks and pulls out a little, but easy to fix. I am really enjoying them.
Only been out twice so far but the gloves fit well and seem to be good and warm but I have not been out in below 45 temps yet.
Absolutely awesome gloves! Warm in weather that's in the teens! Love the double wrist closure option.
Good gloves for riding in cold weather but don`t know about waterproof.
VERY WARM - Padding on thumb makes it difficult to feel if you have pressed the turn signal or not, great for 30 degrees or lower, but find that my hands sweat in anything much warmer than that.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
