This is my first time ordering from LeatherUp as a friend said I should check them out because thats where he buys all his bike leathers. I am SOLD! I will not hesitate to purchase other items from the website. I purchased the Xelement B265 10 pocket vest and I am VERY happy with my purchase,YKK zippers, quality weight leather. Sure it's made in another country, but what isn't these days. I can see this vest lasting my life time. As far as fit @ 5"7" 200 lbs I normally wear a XL bike jacket depending on cut and ordered a XL and I have room left to wear a sweatshirt underneath if need be and stuff all my pockets.

Extremely pleased! Fit perfectly on my '04 Honda Shadow Aero VT750C with an easy 2" clearance over the 2 into 1 exhaust. The finish doesn't look cheap. The bags are nice and sturdy. The back of the bags that face the bike are made of a firm but flexible plastic. The sides panels are firm and durable with supports that run around the top. The hardware is solid, easy to use, and doesn't look cheap. The bags are nice and deep and can hold a ton of gear/clothing/tools/etc. Velcro prevents the lids from flapping even if you forget to cinch the quick release buckles. The bags were shipped very quickly. Tie-down straps worked best tied to the bike frame and the bags don't move or shift.

I recieved many complements for its appearance. Armor placement around the elbows is way too low for protection although sleeve lenght fits well. The 3-way lining design is not well constructed, too easy to grab the jacket by its lining instead of the jacket itself because the lining doesn't fully zip around the shoulder and neck, just the sides. I like the lining attached in the cool mornings and detached in the warm commute home, however I think future lining swapping would be too much wear for the design. Stays warm for 50 degree weather, lots of pockets, and a good jacket for summer use.

I bought this jacket for my husband and he loves it! He has not gotten a chance to wear it while out riding yet, but finds the jacket very comfortable while wearing it otherwise. It looks sharp on him and the armor falls in all the right places. The adjustable tabs at the waist are nice as my husband has broad shoulders, but is overall quite thin. Normally, he wears a M in all shirts/jackets. When I measured him for the jacket, he measured a S, but the S was just a bit too snug around his chest (despite the fact that the difference in measurements is pretty small). The M fits perfectly--gives him just a fraction more room in the chest and the arms, which freed up movement through his shoulders. For reference, he is 6'0" and about 180 pounds with the only real weight he carries being a bit in his stomach. A few of the ratings we can't really speak to yet, like durability, but I couldn't submit the review without it so I rated it based on how durable it feels. So far, no complaints with this jacket!
