these pants fit great, feel great - but definitely order larger than you normally wear. I haven't rated them for durability, as I just got them. Wish they came in longer inseam, but for the price, I'll let a little ankle show.
really nice paints for the money
a little low in the knee pale when standing but its ok sitting on the bike
a back pocket slit would make them perfect
if you have a good tailor thy could do it :-)
Zipper on lower leg will not stayed zipped down and opens at speed flapping in wind. Return for exchange.
im 6ft. 200lbs. normally 34in. waist, I ordered 36in. waist. perfect fit. I read one review that said pants didn't smell like leather. I agree in the box they didn't. but after a few hours out of the box they smelled like good leather. I have about 1500miles on these pants now and lovem. a little warm 80degrees and over, they will be perfect here in northern Vermont real soon. buy em, u won't be disappointed.
Order a size larger than needed. Surprisingly high quality. Wish they where brown in color. Damn nice product.
fit is good, they look good, used them for my first trackday, tuesday, august 25,2015,it was hot and humid, buti wasn't to hot in them, glad I didn't have to test the durability of them.they do feel strong enough tho.
Perfect fit and perfect fit. I am 6 feet and weigh 175 lbs, usually wear a 34 size pant. The pants fit right on.
These are the best weather riding pants I've ever owned. Day after I bought them went for 2200 mile ride. First day they stretched in perfectly second day they were beautiful fit Road three days straight 14 hour 1st day 12hr rides next two, they made the trip. The pants are true to size so funderwear up or size up for a pair shorts underneath. The weather is great, soft fits very comfortably. Bottom zippers for boots are excellent idea. The price is amazing for what you are getting very high-quality.
Shipping was fast and very prompt! Am leary about buying "leather" offline, however when I received the pants I was honestly surprised at the quality and feel of them! I dont write long reviews about my online purchases, usually I just rate and leave it at that, but these are very nice quality and definitely worth the price.
Overall I was extremely satisfied with the price and quality!
Great pants for riding. Order about 2 sizes up to get the right fit. I usually wear 36 waist so I ordered a 40 and they fit perfect. Very comfortable and plenty warm on cold rides. Knee pads are a little low when walking but fit where they need to while riding. Front pockets are pretty useless except for maybe cash and cards that is about it.
For the price these are pretty good pants. I have about 1000 miles in the and they are comfortable in cold weather and warm weather alike. I ordered a 38 when I usually wear a 32 and it fits over jeans perfectly. My only complaint is just normal riding has already stressed some seams to fraying and the pads on the butt have a tear from just the saddle. I'm not sure if I have an exception, but I'm not sure how long they are going to last.
I'm 6'0" and a muscular 200lbs (1rm on the bench 335, squat 5x5 at 315, etc), who normally wears a size 33 pant. I ordered size 36 in these pants thinking if they're a little big I'll be able to wear shorts or something underneath. I got them and I could barely squeeze them over my thighs, much less sit down in them. They were waaaaay too small and I decided to simply return them. The padding in the knee area wasn't super thick, but the pants seemed well made overall. If I revisit the idea of buying leather pants, I'll probably just get these in 38 and cross my fingers.
For the money and even more, you will not find a better pair of leather pants. I have personally checked out the durability thanks to Suzuki's failed brake system. A total DOT Mandated Recall but no help from them. A totaled bike, 7 busted ribs, messed up spine, ligament and tendon damage in the shoulder and a couple other little issues but these pants kept me from getting real chewed up on the lower half. Saved my hips from bad road rash and the extra hip padding definitely helped. It did rip the stitching out in the hip a bit but they held up extremely well considering the conditions. By looking at the pants I couldnt even tell my left lower leg had been crushed under the bike. No damage to the pants at all there in that area. I will have these sewn up in the hip region and I did buy my son a pair of these awesome pants as well, I just hope he doesn't check out how durable they really are. Don't forget to order at least 1 size larger, if not 2 as these are fitted and run smaller than most.

Went one size larger and was perfect...good quality and looks.....great price...recommend them.
Nice jacket. But you need to layer up underneath or you will get cold. I had it on for an hour in single degree weather and I went in and put a fleece liner on.That helped
I've had these a just over a month and although I haven't tested them in a fall, they seem very protective. The fit is spot on. I wear a size 40-42 jeans depending on the brand and style. Because of that I wasn't sure on which size I should get. I've bought X-element pants (padded denim jeans & leather (jean style) pants) in the past and the fit was a little off, even following the one size up recommendation. Size 42 is perfect! I do need some feedback on where to find a kidney belt that fits the built in zipper, if anyone can help? Here's a tip: If you see your size in stock order them asap because they seem to sell out fast. Very satisfied repeat customer.
For a jacket that is called "Sub Zero Insul.." I wouldn't count on it in temperatures dipping below 25 degrees F.
There is not much insulation for this jacket. Granted, during cold rides, it does keep the drizzle (not rain) out and the wind is not felt but you must wear something very warm underneath.
The outside textile material is easily ruined. There is a ton of velcro to keep the primary zipper closed from wind but that same velcro catches onto any sleeve when zipping up or unzipping the jacket and starts to tear at the material.
Other that all of this, it is a nice looking jacket. Good for riding short distances during the Winter months. Make sure to wear something warm underneath.
Shipping was very fast! I too think that for a "sub-zero" coat, it barely keeps me warm in the 20's. The sleeves lack the material to keep arms warm without having to wear an additional layer besides the coat. The Velcro keeps the wind from coming through the zipper as well as at the end of the sleeves. The adjustable waist band is also a good feature for keeping wind from cooling the torso. This really could have been a great coat overall if more material was used to keep from having to wear a sub layer, especially in the sleeves. Sizing was as expected. For the price....I guess I got what I paid for, just not what was advertised.
Needed warm, water proof, wind proof jacket to wear over heavy hoodie while riding. Hood not needed(glad I got the hood). I wear xelement size L jacket, so I got XL. Big enough no restriction while wearing heavy hoodie underneath, fits fine without heavy hoodie. The cuffs and adjustable waist make "too big" not a problem.
One morning it was 18* going home, no problem. I also have the gloves made of the same materials.
I don't know if it is good as a stand alone jacket, I don't think a snowmobile jacket is meant to be the only insulation.
Armor would be nice.
Nice looking jacket with some cool looking features. Will have to use an extra liner or layering for warmth in the winter. The arm sleeves are very skinny and tight and would be a great jacket for 40 and above with nothing heavy underneath. Although the Velcro along the zipper seam makes a tight seal it is like crazy glu and sticks to everything. I went 1 size up from any other jacket I wear and glad I did. Happy with the purchase! Go one size up!!! Hope this helps!!!
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
