Not great- First, and this is unusual for Leatherup, but the box was all crinkled up- made me wonder if this thing had been thrown around. The quality of the helmet is good- but the chin strap is VERY long, but you don't realize this until it's on - unfortunately you have to cut the tag off the strap in order to strap it up. I am returning it- hopefully I don't run into issues cuz I cut the tag off. Also think it runs a bit large.
Great helmet, this is the second helmet I have bought from Leather Up, and each time I felt I got real value, a product as promised, and fast delivery. I haven't bought any of their other products.... but wouldn't be afraid to. Thanks and as said Great product!
Bought to replace one that got lost. This one fit exactly the same as the previous one,am completely happy with it. A very nice helmet for the price,wears well.
chin strap in a bad location for me,rides up to my addams apple and chokes me because of earstrap location,and the ear straps dont fit around my ears right and are uncomfortable -
the quality of product looks fine and feels great-cant handle the earstraps issues
i guess ill still be using my old half helmet

First helmet ordered was a little too large but the exchange was very easy and medium is a perfect fit. As others have stated, less of a mushroom look for a DOT helmet. Great price!
From the picture of the inside the helmet looks to be fairly round. Unfortunately it isn't. It is for an oval head shape. Wasn't worth the hassel to ship back so I had to sand down the sides to get it to fit. If you have an oval head it's a nice helmet.
I have purchased a total of 3 Outlaw Half Helmets for myself, my wife and our 22 yr old son. Helmet is lightweight, no mushroom head and run true to size the only complaint from all 3 of us is the D rings and the way it fastens, strongly recommend buying a quick release.

Great look and feel at a great price! My head-size must be a tweener as the 'S' is a little tight but with usage hopefully the perfect fit will come. (obviously do not want to up-size!)
Enjoy the feel, airiness, freedom and visibility while using it. Almost the perfect city-driving helmet if it came equipped with a quick-release strap rather than the double-D loop which is somewhat cumbersome.
All in all, as I said a great look and feel at a great price!
This is the second Outlaw Half Helmet I have purchased, the helmet fits low and is comfortable. It doesn't create "Mushroom" head with its low profile like many other helmets do.
Wow, what a great price for an approved DOT helmet. Comfortable fit, The only time I don't wear it is when I am wearing the other one I purchased. So happy with them both! When I looked at the same helmet in a local shop, they wanted 3x more than what I paid for it. I tell everyone about what great products Leatherup.com sells. I get compliments all the time.
