The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The only down side to this cover , is the fact they don"t provide slots for my dual radio/CB Antenna's on my Harley. I will come up with something, will most likley make a couple of holes as this is just being used as a dust cover anyway.
very nice cover for the price. I have a Boulevard C50 with saddlebags and no windshield, and the XL fits just right. nice and snug. thanks
Bought a xl for my ST1300 and it fits lika a glove. It doesn't flap around in the wind and the construction is very good. For the money, it can't be beat.
the cover is what I expected, absolutly great. sizing instructions were perfect. thanks again leather up
Bought the XL for my Harley sportster which has windshield and saddlebags and it fits perfect. Really like the way it draws tight along the bottom and the grommets really hold it in place. It looks good and fits perfect just like the picture on the details page.
Ordered this cover in 2XL after reading reviews. This cover is a perfect fit for the V-Star 1300 with sissy bar, saddle bags, and windshield. It reaches completely to the ground, if desired, with a snug fit. The elastic hem and bungees/grommets combination should keep this cover on in all but a full blown gale. In the one instance that I've used it in the rain, it resisted any water seepage. This cover deserves an excellent rating. Dave, Clyde, Ohio.
Bought a XL cover for my 2008 Harley Davidson Nighttrain(FXSTB). I have NO windshield, sissy bar, or saddlebags and it fit perfectly. The attached straps on the bottom are a nice feature.
I bought this cover for my 2010 UltraClassic Electraglide, and it fits perfectly! The price was right and so far the cover is works perfect. Yet to use it other than try it on the bike. As always I haven't been disappointed buying from Leather Up.

Purchased cover for my 09 suzuki boulevard c50, perfect fit and folds/rolls up small enough to fit in saddlebag. Used sizing chart. Cover states it has heat shield but recommends you don't install while bike is hot. My foot rest keeps cover off pipes enough and have not seen any evidence of burning. Great cover for the value, we'll see how it holds up in the AZ heat.
Very pleased with this cover. It is well made,as good as any of Harley's covers, and less than half the price. The fit on my Road King is perfect, snug with no slop.Would reccomend this to anyone looking to protect their investment without getting gouged for a "prestige" label.
Excellent cover, fit my 2011 Vulcan 900 with no problem. I would recommend it to anyone.
I really like this cover! I ordered one size bigger than the recommended size and it fits just right. Be sure to order yours one size bigger than the mfg. recommends...you'll be happy just like I am.
Nice cover and the heat resistant lower panel was a good idea, because I am always forgetting to wait before covering my bike. I hope the material will
last after a cold wet winter.
This is a really nice cover and the late-season price made it even better. It fits a 1200 cc Gold Wing perfectly.
Well make and the fit was a little tight. Over all very nice cover.
Quality is top notch. Will order from leather up again
Purchased a XXL for my 07 V-Star 1300, which has full touring accessories. The fit is great and it does a good job of keeping the bike protected from the elements.
I ordered a size too small by mistake in blue, but I really wanted black because my bike and the car it's parked behind are both black. However, all thel black covers were on backorder When I sent it in to be exchanged, I requested black anyway, despite showing not in stock. Well apparently they found some because I had an XXL in black 3 days after I got the exchange email. Awesome service LeatherUp! Thanks.
I purchased an XL MC-904 for my '98 Honda Shadow Tourer. It was a perfect fit and the quality is great. For the dollar you can't go wrong.
I purchased a Large for my 2007 Honda 919 and it fits perfect. It fits a little tighter to help with wind buffetting. The quality of the cover is very nice and well made. The cover does gather a little water on the left side of the bike due to the bike sitting on its side stand. It would probably not gather water if I had a center stand but probably nothing a few "venting holes" with red-hot nail could not handle. I do not have an additional accessories like a small front fairing or any sort of luggage. The bike is completely stock except for aftermarket Yoshimura slip-ons. Nice cover!
Since I've just installed them I can't say anything about durability yet so I'll say "middle of the road" for now. But they went on easy and look good! Easy to adjust and a good view behind.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
