Very nice looking , went on ok, but had trouble with the side were muffler's are. When the floorboard was on the bike, the bottom of the board would not go on, it hit the muffler. I have a 2008 Vulcan Classic L.T. The floorboard was to long to fit. had it take air grinder and cut 1 1/2 off the bottom, then had to reshape the board and smooth it out. it look's good and the cut is on the back of the board, and bottom, so you can't see it and it work's great. maybe not want some of you want to do , but it turn out good for me. 2013 Honda Shadow Aero. These floorboards are heavy and well made. Once you attach the adapter, it is easy to mount and simple to adjust to your personal needs. my only drawback was more to do with how they feel on the bike. Because you attached the adapter to the spring loaded mechanism where the peg used to be, the floor boards move just like the peg used to move. The boards themselves can be flipped up, but this movement is in addition to that. At first I was concerned that it would affect my ride, it does not. there is no rattle or movement in the boards when riding, just like there was no movement in the pegs when riding. I've put 200 miles on the new boards and I am very happy with them. Note to people with really big feet. If you want your entire foot to rest on a board, these may not be for you. I am a size 9 female boot and the very back end of my heels and he front of my toes are not on the platform. It can be adjusted further back or further forward, but the 8 1/2 inches is exact. As these are my first boards, if I decide to go longer (bigger), I can always put these on my passenger pegs. For the price and easy of installation, very well worth the $$. Probably took me 15 minutes on the first board until I figured out how to reinstall the spring. 2nd board took 5 minutes.

These pegs look great and match the other accesories on my HD Softail Deluxe. Installation was easy. Might have to make a few minor adjustments before they feel right, but they will feel just right eventually. My old bike's highway pegs had a stop at the end so your foot doesn't slip off. So I was a little concerned about that with these not having a stop. But it doesn't matter as the rubber holds your feet in place just fine. This was the cheapest I could find these anywhere. The HD shop wanted about $50 more.

These are great highway pegs. They have so much adjustment, it makes it easy to find the most comfortable spot. It simply takes a little patience. I have mine adjusted so I can ride either with my heel on the floorboard and toe on the peg, or I can spread my feet out a little more, and use the pegs only. They do make a difference on a long trip. As with all Kurakyn products, great quality and look. Leatherup had the best price on the web, and I received them in only three days. Two thumbs up!!
