The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Very well made, The red is more brown than red. not like the photo..
I bought the white and grey jacket and love it - I bought the size it recommends on the size chart. It fit perfect!!! Great service my jacket arrived in less than 4 days in perfect condition! This was great purchase and I can't wait to ride. I highly recommend purchasing this jacket - you won't regret.
Fits well with the armor, but without the fit a bit odd Needs armor, but does not include it.
Took this jacket right away on a 3000 mile trip from Florida to Virginia in late march. I hit rain ,hail and snow, temperatures down to 8 degrees. This jacket met all my needs and then some, now I am back in sunny Florida and all I had to do was zip out the mesh jacket and on with my local riding, grat jacket thanx Joe Rocket
I'm really impressed with this glove. At this price point it has the same features as much more expensive gloves. Large size fits me well which means for me it ran true to size. The color feature is eye catching. They are new so I can't comment on longevity but my initial impression of quality is quite good.
These are pretty nice. I'm coming off two consecutive pairs of Held's (which cost twice as much!) and so far, for the first few weeks, these are working great. I can feel some air flow in the backs of the hand and the fit is spot on. My Held's were 10 XL's and I ordered a large for these and they are "very slightly" a bit tight but they are already breaking in and loosening up a bit. Lastly, for feel, I'd prefer a thinner palm and finger leather (kangaroo or goat perhaps?) but I don't think I'll get that in a glove at this price. I'm getting used to the thicker palm leather already. I'd buy these again. Oh yeah, the shipping on my two small items was pretty quick, too! Ride safe!
Gloves look good with my black leather jacket. Size chart helped me to get the right fit, the gloves feel good and the gel cushion on the palm is nice for longer rides but you've got to get your hand on the handle bar just right or it can be a little uncomfortable. They are warm gloves, so not really ideal for hot days - you're hands will definitely sweat - but great for morning rides in MN and riding in Spring/Fall weather. These are nice gloves for the price and I would definitely purchase again.
Very nice looking, easy to install and very much comfortable.
Leatherup beat everyone's price. Fast ship. This thing looks awesome on my Ultra.
Bust 35, waist 27, hips 39. Ordered the M and it fits great! Hope this info helps. My height 5'6" Looks nice and is light compared to my old mesh which had the older type of armour. This is a combo of mesh and textile and has lightweight armour that I assume will protect just like the old heavier type. Anxious to see how long it lasts. The one I've replaced looks like new ater 7 summers of use! It is grey and lime green, but I wanted something lighter in weight an more feminine looking and this hit it!
Very nice jacket but runs small. Bought a larger size for my chest and I can barely zipper it up over it. I suggest you go a couple of sizes larger if you're chesty. Otherwise pretty jacket.
Well made, good chrome, fits well, would buy again.
Good quality beautiful chrome finish. Should last years as have all parts I have used from them.
I've had a fender extension on every Goldwing i've owned and it is a MUST in my opinion due to the damage which occurs to the front cowling without it. Also, it helps with the dirt and grime on the front of the bike. This is a great extension and is very easy to attach along with its good looks. The rubber at the bottom is an awesome idea so you will never have the chipping paint or chipped chrome like I've seen on other brands without rubber at the bottom.
Good for any one inch round bar, rides good, replaceable anti vibe rubber, multi adjustable for peg placement. Good products at LeatherUp, KA in the Texas hill country
Love the pants.HATE the snaps. I don't know how those snaps passed QC. Because I really love the pants, I have a tailor fixing the snaps. UNTIL Joe Rocket fixes this, I'll wait to buy another pair. If you need a pair and are willing to go to a tailor to fix the snaps , get them. I've contacted Joe Rocket about the snaps but outside of that, love them.
These books are good looking, and fit very well, which suggests that they ought to offer good protection and stability. As I recall they were comfortable, but I had to return them so quickly I really can't comment about that. In spite of their potential, the zipper on the right boot failed almost immediately upon wearing it for the first time, and the failure was such that my right foot remained literally trapped within the boot even after some time was spent attempting to get it off my appendage. In the end I was forced to cut a portion of the boot with snips to free my foot. At the time I considered myself unlucky, and the recipient of atypically defective merchandise. Unfortunately, I was wrong about that.
love it! perfect fit, my hat size is 7 1/8 and the medium fits just right. i got the flat black, looks awesome, my first helmet(new to riding) but so far am really happy with it.
I bought these mesh pants because I live in the Phoenix area and we all know how hot it can get there. I wore these pants on a 700 mi round trip taken over 3 days leaving/returning Phoenix AR. The ride included riding in some foothills so temps ranged from 50's to over 100 when coming into Phoenix, I wore shorts under the pants. Other than the 100's it was a great trip. The pants fit great and have armor in the right places.
Runs a little on the small side. Very nice quality. Appears to be very durable and should last for years and afford great protection if needed. I bought it for my daughter and she loves it, so she should actually wear it.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
