The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

If you're looking for a helmet that has many looks, this is perfect. I comes with every item needed to be a street helmet, open face, and even a tinted shade. Great value.
A little hard to get onto my head - I have always worn a small helmet or hat and even measured my head before ordering to confirm. Yep, I need a small.
I normally take off the chin guard, get the helmet on my head then replace the chin guard. It fits and even has a little room for twisting so it's not too big, just a little hard to get on.
Otherwise, I love the removable chin guard. I can ride locally satisfying helmet laws while getting fresh air to my face then put the chin guard on when I am on the highway and want more protection.
The vents don't seem to make a difference to me as it's summertime now. I just open the visor below 40 mph for fresh air, otherwise I steam it up or just can't breathe.
In a month of use and before I routinely took the chin guard off to get the helmet on, the two flaps in the back came loose from their sockets so the helmet is kind of broken. I don't sweat it though . I can just push the tabs at the ends of the flaps back into their slots and the flaps are snug to the back of my neck again.
The helmet is a great value.
The only things I don't see are spots to attach cameras and ways to get bluetooth into the helmet, but not important to me at this time.
Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She is 5'4" and bust/chest @ 39" and bought her the Large, this fit perfect with the sleeves being a little long, good for rider, not a big issue for passenger. This jacket is good quality and worth the $89 we paid. it has 3 adjustable velcro straps that allow jacket to be tailored to many body styles. We bought the light grey/white color and this jacket is a full mesh, including sleeves, shoulders and body. The armor is very light duty. It runs true to size. The snap in light duty waterproof/windproof liner is very light duty and stores in a small pouch for storage.
I do think this helmet veers to the small end of the size guides. I measure just a hair's breadth under 22". I got the medium anyway--and am so glad I did. It fits snug, and if I had gone with a small, I truly don't believe I could have fit my head into it. Otherwise--I'm in love with this helmet! So is my son, who plans to buy one of his own. The visibility is wonderful--I wear glasses, and between those and the "average" face shield size, it often felt like my field of vision was really constrained, even riding a cruiser. The large, clear field of vision is wonderful. I also love the versatility of this helmet, and the ability to adapt it to a variety of needs and weather conditions. I DO think it makes me look kind of like that little alien character who occasionally popped up on the old "Flintstones" cartoons, but I'm wearing the helmet for safety and utilitarian reasons, not to make a fashion statement--so no problem there! ;>
My 7 yr. old daughter loves to ride with me, but it was difficult for her to hold on sufficiently. This belt has solved that problem. I wear it with the hand holds facing rearward for her. She loves the soft feel and says, "They are very comfortable." She feels more confident and safer now that I've acquired this for her to use. I'll probably wear it with the hand holds facing forward when my wife rides with me.
The only thing I'd like to see added to it, is a heavier duty, secondary strap and buckle for added security, (it does have an elesticized, inner belt secured with hook and loop fastener material), in case the first one would fail. To me redundancy is a goood thing. But, regardless, this is an big improvement over using nothing!
I've actually been searching for a product like this for some time now. I bought it the second I first saw it promoted as a new arrival at LeatherUp.com. It went into my shopping cart immediately.
Awesome helmet that meets all of my requirements. Great price too!!
Nice pair of glasses!! Don't fit me the best but a good deal for the price!!
Great value for the money, they were just as advertised. I am very pleased with all my purchases from Leather Up.
i like 'em. fit perfectly on my head. gonna get a pair of the tinted ones too. however, i found out that they don't work so well when you forget they are on the roof of your car and you drive away causing them to go sailing into the street... so i liked them so much i'm ordering 2 more, just in case.
Nice glasses, but if you have a big skull like I do, you'll find that the hard foam padding does not seat fully around your eyes. So some air does get through. Tight fit though...they won't fall off, that's for sure.
Quality glasses for the price! I have a small face so it is always hard for me to find glasses that arent too bulky but these fit great and work well with a helmet. Wouldnt recommend to anyone with a larger head.
these glasses are great for night riding they also alow air to circulate so they want fog up
They are exactly as described. I am not quite convinced about the foam. Mine seems to fog up on me. They fit nicely, and should work well for night time driving thought. Good value for the price.
Great glasses for the money. Used them one evening the full length of the Mass. Pike averaging 75 to 85 mph. No wind coming in, stick to your face well and much more steamlined than the goggles I usually wear. No strap needed. The only drawback, is they fog up slightly when you stop. Just raise them up at lights. Fog clears as soon as you move.
Nice inexpensive glasses for night driving. Wore mine this week at night in the rain and had no problems (other than the obvious!). They tend to want to ride up a little but that's probably more due to my nose and face than the glasses! Good to have in the saddle bag (keep them in separate bag or case - they may be scratch "resistant" but they will scratch if left bouncing around) for the occasional need when driving at night. If you want glasses for more regular use I would advise upgrading to something more durable.
I really liked these clears. They fit really nice and snug.
Great wrap around fit. Received the usual excellent service and delivery. This glass is class..... Yeah I no they're polycarbonate......
Seems like good quality, however pretty small for my face. Will give to my daughters.
Bought these for night riding and to fill a free shipping order...fit very nice so no air seeps in...prefer these to goggles...would buy agasin.
I bought both smoke and clear lenses for day and night riding. The price, features and level of protection are wonderful. The only minor issue is the fit as they don't hug my head as well as I had hoped.... With the rubber bushing lining, I was expecting more. But, with that said, for 10 bucks, these glasses are a steal. Would recommend.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
Answer: Empty your cart already!
