I was surprised to receive such a high-quality vest for only $34.95. I am 5'10" and 220lbs, wear XL t-shirts and a XXL leather jacket. I ordered a 3XL vest with hopes of fitting it over my jacket when needed. This vest does the trick; it fits well over a jacket and feels perfect over a t-shirt. I like the inside pocket. I wish it were made in the USA, but even Harley gear is outsourced these days. I replaced the elastic cord with leather cord for a more "authentic" feel and look. If you're looking for a side-lace vest to throw some club colors on or just to wear around, this is the vest for you. As always, thanks Leather Up for getting it to me fast!

This 201L is a great vest. I am very pleased with the quality for the money spent. Much more than I had expected. Sizing is almost spot on. However, if you plan to wear it fully snapped, I would suggest ordering one size larger. As for myself, I use vest extenders for a looser fit, so the sizing chart was perfect for me. I don't need or want a lot of pockets on the inside, and this vest is right on with one inside pocket on the left side that's perfect for my cell phone. Has a good area for my patches on front as well as colors on the back. I was looking for a light weight vest made from very soft leather and this one is it. Not like some vests I've had, stiff, heavy and like wearing cardboard. Comfort is in with this vest, as well as great looks. Shipping was super fast. Ordered it on Mon. and got it on Wed. Now that's service. I'll be back to LeatherUp again.

This vest is great for the price! I got the XL (48) size, and I normally wear a XL shirt. Size was really good, and chart is nearly 100% accurate, size up recommended if you are wearing this vest over a jacket or other thicker clothing. It came with no damage, but anyone buying must be gentle with the snaps, or they will probably break. So far though, they are holding together. Considering how expensive other vests can be, the risk is acceptable, and would buy again! Picture is very close to how it actually looks.

I wanted a new exhaust system for my 99 shadow spirit vt1100c. I looked for over a year before i settled on this set. took about an hour to install, once i got the new exhaust gaskets that I forgot to buy with the pipes. The bike sounds awesome! I left the baffles in. I also bought the recomended jet kit for my bike. My bike originally had 178 jets in it. The jet kit stated to install the 165 jet wihen keeping the baffles. Ran great but had no ower and could only get about 55mph out of it. So I installed the next highest jet a 170. ran great but could only get about 60 to 65 out of it. So I installed the 180 jet runs great and i can now get about 75 80 out of it. I don't think the recomended jet kit is big enough. Why would you lean out an already lean engine when you are installing a larger exhaust system? I did some research andfound that the vt1300 jet kit takes the same 180 jet as my vt1100 but goes up to a 190 and a 195. I am going to ride the bike for a while and see if i like the way it runs. If I don't like it I am going to get the vt1300 kit and try the 185 jet and go from there. I haven't ridden the bike with a passenger to see how it reacts carring an extra preson yet either. That will be my deciding factor if I go with larger jets.
