Fabulous prices for quality leather. UPS delivered to the wrong address. LU customer service is just OK. Nothing they could really do and email communication was slow. In the mean time I continued on with UPS. UPS customer service was really helpful. After I contacted them via their website, a local rep called me, contacted the delivery driver and he came back to show me where he delivered the package, 3 doors down. The last address digit being a 0 looked like a 6 I guess. Everything is good now.
