Fantastic pants, great fit, very functional. Havent tested in heavy weather yet, but in terms of design and usability they are great. Pocket positioning, and flexible sections on knees and waist mean you dont get that pulling down effect when hopping on your machine, or doing your boots up.
This is a great item. A must for cool weather riding. I wear dress pants to work and these work great to just slide on and go. Fit perfect over my other clothes and easy to take off. Cut the wind and very comfortable. Thanks for a great item.
Unfortunately the fly zipper broke after wearing just a few times. The entire metal zipper apparatus came off. In trying to repair it, it totally fell apart. I tried calling customer service but it was more than 30 days (not much) and they didn't want to stand behind it. Very disappointing.
I like the pants a lot - but I can't rate them better with the lack of quality in the zipper.
great pants but i wear a 32 in everything i ever ordered. this one was maybe a 28 in the waist. i think it might had been labeled wrong. i had just ordered a leather pants 32 and they fit great.
Haven't had a chance to wear them yet. I expect them to do what they are designed to do. Unfortunately , one does not have a choice relative to length. Thus they are too long.
El fin de semana recibi mi pantalon y si esta muy bonito, pero lo unico que no me agrado fue que no trajera el ziper para acoplarlo a la chumpa que tengo que es de la misma marca, esperaba que por ser de la misma linea trajera ese ziper. Lo otro malo es que son muy largos y que en la parte de abajo no traiga alguna especie de pita para ajustarlo ya que si es muy ancho al final de la pie. Por lo demas si esta muy bueno y gracias a los comentarios de los otros clientes pedi una talla mas de la que usualmente uso y me quedo a la medida por encima de mi ropa.
I normally wear a 36" waist and 34" inseam. I ordered the 40" waist and everything fits just fine. I think the legs are actually around 35". I would like to see hip protection, but I think these pants are a good value.
I just got these and they are exactly what i expected. Only con is that the knee pads dont fit quite right. other than that theyre perfect. Order large though...i wear 34w 36l jeans and ordered a 38 and they fit perfect with shorts on underneath. great pants and well made.
Great, especially for the price. I am usuallt a 32 or 33 waist-- I ordered the 34, and they fit over my jeans perfectly. I purchesd these for winter riding, and now at the end of November they are still doing their job.
Nice pants for the price. I don't think you can beat the value. I usually wear something between a 30-32 waist and a 34 inseam. I ordered the 34 and they are a little roomier than they would need to be, but with the adjustable waist they should work fine. I probably should have gone with the 32. The length feels just about perfect for me. I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but they feel like they will shed wind and some water pretty well!
Bought the pants in XL, little tight on the waist, but probably more my issue then the pants. (5"10, 240). Theyre a little long so when youre stopped then can go under your boot. Also, very loose at the bottom so they get stuck in the pegs (again when stopped, not when riding) if youre not careful. There are velco to tighten the bottom, but it doesn't work as well as I'd hope. Great airflow tho, lots of vents.
Overall, you get a good product for a really good price.
This is my second set of these pants .... Best bang for the buck. I got 2 1/2 years out of my last pair. That's ******* miles for me. I ride to work every day 50 miles round trip plus fun rides (some long).The only thing I don't ride in is ice and/or snow. I have ridden my 1/2 hour commute each way in so far the coldest 20 Degrees F. Properly layered underneath and I'm fine. After the miles I put on them these are priced right to just buy another pair. The first pair it was the zipper pulls that fell apart and I've has to sew the crotch up a few times. They still looked good and they wash well. Othhat. er than tCant beat these pants.
At 5'9" and 155lbs the 32" waist fit perfectly. I ride a Buell 1125r and the position of the armor is spot on. Pairs great with the CF-330 jacket. HEAT-OUT Base Layer Long Johns are a must for Atlanta in the Summer. The thigh vents do help a little. Great pair of value armor riding pants.
These are the 2nd pair I've purchased. Had the last pair for about 6 years, and had to replace the pocket zippers and the fly snaps (2). Also restitched some seams. But other than that, the first pair lasted over 26K miles, in 30 - 110 deg F weather, year round -ATGATT. I had to wait until the current ones were back in stock, but finely got it. For the price they can't be beat in my opinion. I use them as overpants, I wear a size 38 and these are 42. I'm 6ft and 210lbs. They are a tad long, and large in the waist, tend to slide down, so this time I bought AC Ehardware construction suspenders for use with them. The armor all seems to be in the right location, seated, without further adjustment. In mild rain, I've had no problems. Haven't ridden in driving rain. Couple of minor low speed get offs practicing in parking lots in past with no damage to the pants. Since they were out of stock for several months, I did look at some competing products, but personally didn't find anything comparable in that general price range or a little higher.
Great looking pants. Knee protection wants to move to the outside of kneecap. Thread used for stitching is starting to wear. I wished they would have used more durable thread.
I was looking for a pair of pants that were not black because of the 95 degree summers in NC. Decent quality and excellent features. Would buy again.
