The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. Fantastic gloves for skiing!!!! Leather ski gloves retail for $100-$200. These gloves are the bomb! They keep my hands toasty warm in below freezing weather! I will never buy a pair of over priced ski gloves again!
Very soft and warm gloves. They are so soft, I am wondering how well they will hold up over a long period of time. With the liners they are perfectly warm. I've ridded at 30 degrees and my hands were warm. My only complaint is that liners hold sweat and therefore smell after a while. When I pull my hands out even after washing them a couple of time, I can smell it. I started putting talcom powder in the gloves, so I'm hoping that will do the trick and make this a 5 start item.
I bought these gloves to help fight the cold weather and they work for that part. They are very big and bulky but nice. For me, they make it hard to control the bike like I normally do but that is most likely due to not having the gloves broken in yet. All in all, good buy for the price.
Ok, these gloves are great down to about 40 degrees F. After that, the air starts seeping in, and 30 minutes at 30 degrees gets you some pretty cold fingers. You can feel the cold seeping in during the ride, and don't realize how cold your fingers are until they are getting numb. I am considering nitrile gloves inside to fix that.
Now, these gloves have a habit. When you take them off, MAKE SURE that you hold the finger tips in place with your other hand, or the insulated part of the internals will turn inside out as you remove your hand from them. That sukked. However, that said, they are pretty warm until the more sever winds hit them, and even then, hey, they are VERY cheap for the value (though I have no thought of using the wiper, I don't know how it woks at all, Just never needed to use it.
These gloves get my high ratings for design, fit and quality. When I opened the box I was blown away by the styling and construction of the gloves. I have not warn them yet on a cold ride but I think I will very happy with them.
I bought myself these gloves and they are the best I ever owned. Could not find a pair for ladies like this for my girl friend so I bought her a mens pair in small and she is happy with them cause they go over the cuff of her sleave. Most of all they are the warmest of all gloves.
I saw these on sale on facebook.
I already had a good pair of "winter" riding gloves, but...
figured...what the heck, For 40 bucks....let's see what I get.
I like everything about them except I wear a 2X and the 2X I got
are kind of small. As stated in previous posts.....the bulkiness comes with
a heavy winter glove. I ride several different bikes and one in particular
is a Screaming Eagle Street Glide that will jerk the handle bars out of your hands
with half gloves on. It was a little tricky riding IT....with these on. lol.
Great buy on a good pair of gloves. Leatherup.com has ALWAYS done us right
and had good quality products. If you don't have a GOOD leather jacket......
try one of theirs.
I already bought the regular gloves for my son and was very pleased with them so when he mentioned it was cold riding sometimes, I knew just where to go for the Gauntlet gloves . Great xmas present for sure !! Anything leather I have gotten from Leather up and everything has been the best . These gloves fit him perfect and are soft and now he can be warm. Leather Up is the best and the prices are great, you will never be disapointed with there products
The only thing that stops me from riding is ice and snow. The coldest temperature I was riding in was 18 degrees and the gloves I was using didn't cut it. I came across the website on my computer and thought I'd give them a try. When I received them I was impressed with the workmanship.I liked the idea of a squeegee on the left finger. Nice leather. Fit was perfect. As for riding in 18 degrees weather, well, my hands didn't freeze. Never did my hands get uncomfortable. This product exceeded my expectations. Icing on the cake was the price, very reasonable. I plan on buying from LeatherUp for all my leather needs.
I've had these gloves for two seasons so far, and they are great! I ride a lot in temps from low to upper 30s and 40's. The gloves work well and are well made. No issues at all in 2 years. Worth 2 times the price.
Exactly as advertised. Fingers a little long and gloves a little bulky, but for the price a good buy.
These gloves work great. They keep my hands warm even when it's in the teens.
The gloves are VERY warm! Great for cold weather riding!!
great value for money! 3XL is just big enough for me now - knowing they will stretch and loosen up with use. Haven't used then in the cold yet but expect them to work as good as other reviews have indicated
Great price, good gloves. Road in 45 degree weather and hands were ok for about 2 hrs. When I removed them though my hands felt damp from sweat...It may be something to do with lining. I wear a 2XL and ordered the 3XL.....glad I did.
Great price,I bought a large glove and wear a large and fits perfect for me ,alittle snug ,just the way I like it.
in high 30s or low 40s weather finger tips were alittle cold but not to bad.still a good glove for a great price
Great pair of gloves very warm and the Price was right. Item shipped fast. very pleased
Fit is nice. I usually wear L and XL fits...like a glove. Soft leather.
I bought these gloves because they have great cold weather reviews, even for temps in the 30's. These gloves did NOT keep my hands warm on my fairingless bike in low 40 degree temps on my 18 mile commute. I have a much thinner pair of gloves with better dexterity that keep my hands just as warm at comparable temps. I'm not sure if the reviewers have fairings, heated grips or ride a Gold Wing with a heater, but save some money and buy a pair of heated gloves if you plan on riding in temps below 45 degrees.
Great gloves until you take them off at which point the lining turns inside pout and you get stuck spending twenty minutes rectifying the situation. Not worth the trouble!!
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
