Unfortunately I cannot give you a performance review now because the helmet is too small and I am in the process of exchanging it . I will be happy to do another review when the replacement arrives but I will tell you I am pleased with your customer service so far.

This is not my first helmet purchased from LeatherUp. The last one is still working well, but it's pretty beat up. I highly recommend their products as they always exceed my expectations.

After reading other reviews, I perched half size larger to get wide width I needed and this worked out well. The boot is well made and appears to be plastic coated leather since it repels water and will not except neatsfoot oil for water proofing. It is easy to put on with the zipper and is good for riding my Harley in cool weather. All this at an exceptional price.
