The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

When the gloves came in I was really surprised. The leather is so soft and feels great. Well worth the $10
Great buy for half gloves. I'm ready to ride. Thank you Leatherup.com
Great Value- Nice light weight glove-Work great in the Tampa Bay climate! They fit a little tight when I first used them but have since stretched out. Go RAYS!!!!!!!
Run small but still fits. Have not used yet since they are more of a summer wear but I will be ready for the season. Good service leather up.
I love these gloves that I got 2 pair since I wear them all the time and wanted an extra pair to take to Costa Rica. They fit a little tight but since they are leather they did stretch out and feel great. They are not thick, soft and grip the handles of my motorcycle very well. They are comfortable and great for hot weather like it is here in Texas. By choice just can't ride without gloves on and these feel great and I think both men and women can wear them. Buy them, I looked at the reviews (so helpful) and glad I did.......you won't regret it and they are not expensive and good quality. You can't go wrong.
A bit snug in XL, but I figure they'll loosen up a bit. Very good quality overall.
I really like these gloves, I should have ordered 1 size larger. My mistake was I didn't measure my hand right. A little mink oil and wearing them have made them fit perfectly.
I measure a Medium glove by the chart, it was way to small. I wear a medium in a golf glove. Sent the gloves back and got a large. I couldn't tell any difference between the medium and large. Finger holes are very tight and very hard to get off once you get them on. It's not worth sending the back from FL to CA so I will give them away to someone they will fit. This has been my experience and won't buy any gloves from them again.
Excellent gloves for price. I've been very satisfied by Xelement items purchased from Leather.up.
Gloves are sized correctly. I seem to be on the large edge of medium so they fit tightly, but correctly. Good for warm weather riding.
I have bought several items from Leather Up in the past and have been pleased with every purchase.
Very nice gloves but was too tight on the fingers.
Brown leather cycle gear is hard to find. These gauntlets go great with my buffalo leather jascket & my brown leather pants. My bike is very reetro. These quality, heavy leather acessories are great.
THESE GLOVES PROVED OUT TO BE EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THEY HAVE PERFORMED TO MY EXPECTATIONS IN THE HIGHEST DEGREE. I WILL BE A EWPWAT CUSTOMER FOR FUTURE LEATHER PRODUCTS WHEN NEEDED. THANK YOU.
Excellent speedy delivery service. The only snag with 'FED-EX' is you have to pay them as well as LeatherUp,i would much prefer 'ONE BILL',but i digress, the gloves are 'BELTA' i recieved the gloves on the wednsday and my wife and i rode to 'AVIEMORE' Scotland on the Friday for the 'THUNDER IN THE GLENS RALLY' from Newcastle-upon-tyne England around 240 miles and the gloves were warm and what i bought them for they stopped all the draught up my jacket sleeves EXCELLENT.

I`ve wore my gloves for several months now,They have been warrm in the cold.I live in WV.They have held up to some very hard use. Will buy again.
These gloves are well made and the extra pocket is a good feature. But the leather is too smooth and not as good for grip as I would like. Some loose gravel rubbed in a hand wringing action should fix that.
Since having purchased everything else that is retro brown from LeatherUp (jacket, chaps, vest), buying these gloves was a given ! As usual, quality was top-notch, fit was perfect, shipping was amazingly fast. You just can't go wrong with LeatherUp !
Soft and warm. Only on the coldest mornings do I add silk gloves for warmth. THe outside pockets had rain covers. Great fit!
Definitely a winter riding glove. Color matches my retro brown leather jacket perfectly. GLoves have extra insulation on the outside and minimal on the inside so you can get great feel for the controls on the motorcycle. Great deal!
these gloves are awsome!!! just not the rite ideal for temps below 38 degress. and the coler fades fast. but i would buy them agian.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
